[Resolved] National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — my complaint no. 161358 is still not resolved | |||
Sir I am writing this because my issue is still not resolved which i lodged vide complaint id 161358 where bhim app team informed me that fund has been credited in beneficiary (Receiver) account but the same has not happened. Sir.. Below is email correspondence with them : - Sir The beneficiary (Receiver) account has not received the fund. The receiver's account has not been credited the fund.in this regard, i have requested bank also to credit the fund but without crediting the fund they also replied the same. I have also requested bank to do the needful for resolution of my problem and credit the fund. Please issue necessary instruction to bank to credit the fund. Feb 6, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Fund of Rs. 1000/- credited to SBI account from where reversal was generated.. this happened when I raised the complaint to [email protected] National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
