I have made a payment of ₹ 39350/- on 07 May, 2022. using CRED app toward my credit card bill and CRED inform me that your payment will be reflect in credit card before and by 10th May, 2022. CRED tell me that bank recieved the payment. I raised the concern to CRED many time but they said wait till time we processed that is 10th may, 2022. On 11 may I call to my bank and they said based on the utr, you was enter wrong credit card number and bank didn't received the payment. Bank informed me that But I[censored]ser enter the wrong credit card number, Bank does not accept the payment. I reached the CRED again and inform about wrong credit card number inputted by me but still they continue made excuses rather to refund the amount than I warn them to take an legal action againt this then they refund my amount of ₹39350/- on 14th May, 2022. CRED take time of 7 days to refund the amount which should not take more a minute to refund, if we consider the CRED policy it should be refund by 10th May 2022. But CRED did not redund. On 14th May I got the refund from CRED and paid my credit card bill on 14th May 2022 But due to late paymnet Bank charged me for late fee payment of ₹3402/-. I talked to CRED and they accept this was their fault. But CRED said that CRED unable to refund the amount. I request to NPCI Kindly take a necessary action on this and get my money refunded from CRED asap. I shall be very thankful you for this. Was this information helpful? |
