I would like inform you that a request submitted at csb kottakkal branch for npci mapping to get gas subsidy is still pending with csb. However i have contacted branch and requested them subsequently to process my npci mapping request they have not done it. Pls find the details furnished below and kindly take necessary action to complete ncpi mapping as soon as possible
