National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Payment not yet credited to the receivers account

I have done a payment of 5000rs using phone pe application to one of the contact the money got debited from my account but the receiver had not yet received the payment its been 11 days from the payment date but still the receiver had not yet got the money in his account. Please find the below transaction details.
