[Resolved]  National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — payment receiving on tez - a new payment app by google

I am using google tez app from last one month today some of payment's to me send by my friend's on tez app
Those who are sending money to me money was credited into my account and after 2 min automatically debited from my account without any permission of me and its getting the message is amount debited, credit reversal i don't know why this happening up to now today i lost 234rs who will give this money that's why i decided to give compliant on this app and my bank
My bank is andhra bank
From google tez also there is no response
Andhra bank also not responding how can i get this money
My friends also not get reverse this amount

18rs and 34rs are credited into my account
And remaining amounts are not credited into my account
This remaining amount get a message (amount debited, credit reversal)

Dear SBI UPI User, your account is debited INR 10000.0 on Date[protected]:04:32 PM by UPI Ref No 72962099****

My account debited 10000rs but it didn't paid on receivers account on 23.10
2017

Please resolve and refund money as much as early...
