Hi,
On 27th september i booked a 4 tickets on redbus using bhim upi. The money got deducted but the ticket was not booked. I immediately contacted redbus customer care, they asked me to confirm at my banks end for the transaction status. I got a confirmation via email from my bank that the amount was successfully transferred.
I also contacted bhim and took the rrn number, which confirmed that the money was transferred to merchant bank.
But till now i call them everyday, they assure me a resolution in 24 hrs but after struggling for 21 days i havent recd the money.
