National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — regarding deduction of money using upi banking

Dear sir,
As i am doing transaction service charge of rupees 17.17 is deducting every time.
Pls have look on it as soon as possible.
And pls refund my amount.

Bank hai deducted 3 time my service charge for money transfer from phone pe app. As i am new user on upin transfer pls kindly look over it and make possible that i may get may deducted amount as soon as possible
