National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Regarding gas subsidy amount not transaction

Respected sir,
I am new custormer of tatanagar bharat agency, sundernagar. I have refilled my gas cylinder two times, one time in 27/01/2017 and second time in 29/03/2017. But none of the subsidy amount is transfer in my bank account. I have linked my aadhar card with my bank account in january.
I have given details of aadhar no. And bank account detials in below :
