National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Regarding seeding/linking aadhar number with bank through NPCI

I am a student of B.ed and I don't have get scholarship money because my aadhar number is not linked with my bank account while bank told me that my aadhar is linked with my bank account. So where is the problem, who is responsible for this. You are the reason for my pending scholarship. Please do your job sincerely and npci seeding my aadhar number with my bank account.
