National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Rolex Rings IPO - Amount still blocked

I got 16 shares of Rolex Rings IPO alloted ( by Linkintime registrar). However the the appropriate funds and not withdrawn and even the and the entire UPI mandate is still blocked and not refunded. Please help
