National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — subsidy issue

We haven't got any subsidy into our bank account of boi since last year aadharcard is linked with bharatgas agency and with the bank as well but it is not updated with ncpi database. Bank manager is not ready to help us at all. We have been looted by govt in the name of subsidy since last year. Bank account no.[protected] gas consumer no.71909565
