National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — subsidy on gas in transferred to wrong bank account

Hyy sir/ma'am... Our gas distributer is sanjay gas agency.. And we have a problem that our subsidy on gas which was earlier coming to our bank account, is now going to any other bank account on our name and that bank account is not ours. The subsidy is monthly subsidy and we are not receiving it. Please try to resolve it anyway sir.. We are facing problem out of it. Thankyou
