Hello, I have done IMPS transaction from ICICI android app but it is failed at axis bank due to transaction timed out . but fund is debited from my account and not credited in beneficiaries account. Reference no is- MMT/REF[protected]/[protected] . i request you to solve this issue ASAP and carry out this transaction or refund it. thank you
