I had made transaction for an amount of Rs. 33000/_ on 01 november 20 at 20.35 hrs vide transaction id[protected] to [protected]@upi through bhim app from my account [protected]@upi. However the amount was debited from my account and it is not credited to the beneficiary till date. Complaints (complaint no. 878676, 878685, 883790, sms complaint no.[protected] had been raised through the bhim web site and through toll free numbers, no action had been initiated till date.
