National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Transaction done successfully but credited in closed bank account

Dear sir
One of our customer from sirsa, Haryana made payment through google pay.It is debited from customer's bank account, and showing credited in our bank account which was closed by us in november 2021.We have already removed that account from googlepay and added our new bank account.It's being 16 days of payment, but still amount is not credited in our account..So please help us and try to figure out our problem
