[Resolved]  National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — transaction has failed but money deducted from my bank account

I maid a transaction today afternoon through bhim app i try to send money using upi id which is i frequently send money to that account but amount is deducted from my bank account but transaction has been failed and money is not reversed back to my bank account. On app transaction tab it showing failed. Please check the issue it's urgent to me below is details

i did't received any mail or call with in two days it reversed back to my account i think system has automatically reversed the transaction.
