National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — transaction is successful and money is deducted from my bank account but the money not received by beneficiary bank account

Dear sir,
My name is PARAMJEET SINGH. My airtel payment bank number is [protected]. I send 250 rs to my friend using airtel upi on 24/10/2017. Transaction is successful and money is deducted from my bank account but the money will not received by my friend. Please give my money back as soon as possible.
