National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — upi pin not generating

Am saravanbhavn bearing a/c no [protected] in ubi... I couldnt get upi pin when submitting my details in bhim union bank of india app and it is showing the msg as card/account/expiry date did not match and i have tried for 5 times. I spoke to ubi customer care and suggested me to drop a mail reagrding this issue and i have done the same on 2/3/2018 but there is no response from your side... Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible...
