Dear sir,
We have inform you that we have paid Rs 1899/-vide paytm[protected]@paytm order no. OID[protected]@das cafe
upi Ref No.[protected] on dt 29/10/2019 for purchase of mobile phone but the Mobile can not recieved till now . we have already complain in Paytm but there is no response till now .

we request to you please solve this matter urgently and give the mobile/refund in my accounts.
