National Payments Corporation Of India (NPCI) — Wrong Bank Account number Seeding from NPCI to HP Gas

I have linked my Andhra Bank Account to Aadhaar number. Some where some root issues are there for this error.MYLPG portal says not linked with Bank account, but DBTL Status displays (Aadhar Linkage History) linked with AXIS Bank. HP Grievance portal asks me to contact AXIS bank, where as in my town there is no Axis Bank. It has become big problem to solve this issue for me.
