National Saving Certificate — delay in reimbursement of nsc | |||
I had bought 4 national savings certificates 10000/- each (Total rs 40, 000/-) from s. E. Railway project post office. The date of maturity was 21.01.2018. On 22.01.2018 i went for encashment, but the post master told that i have to open an account in the post office. But, as i am already having savings bank account in statebank, i denied. After this, he told me to wait for 4 days for cheque. I requested him let me deposit my nscs, and give me acknowledgement, but he did not. It seems he is forcing me to open account. I have not received the payment of mature n s c certificate which I have bought from Beliaghata Postoffice Kolkata on 20/03/2006 number of letter had no results. What I should do that the payment is made from the department should L file a case against the department
