With reference to application no[protected] dated -28 nov 2018, while payment through net banking (Ref no - [protected]) money got deducted from account but confirmation page did not generate even waiting for long time. Hence i had done payment through card (Ref no - [protected]) again which was successful. When i did not get refund in 7 days i complained to hdfc for the concern and they confirmed that money is successfully processed to receiver account. Please do the needful asap and refund the amount as soon as possible. I have mailed twice ([protected]@nic.in, [protected]@gmail.com) about my concern but no action is taken on the same.
