National Travels — refund my money

I have booked national travels for this date[protected] which bus no. Was the ka 01 4411. They have given me boarding point & time as follows: yashawantpura, 46/3 kuddus building next to vrl office & opp. To yashwantpura railway station on 9.05 pm & reporting time was 8.50pm.
I was reached at boarding point at 8.45pm only & tried provided drivers no. Several times but on one of these drivers no. He replied that he is on leave. So i called on another no. After receiving call his voice was not clear then he cancelled that call. After that, i tried this no. Several times but he not received that.
Then i called on national travels customer care no. Then i got to know that bus is already moved without picking me. They told me that they called me & my phone was switched off but i haven't received any call & my no. Was working that time because i'm not a fool to switch off my phone at boarding time.
Also, they haven't received my call & message once to get the status of the bus.
So i want the refund as earliest because i delayed my travelling by one day also my hotel & other expenses get added. Also, i want to book travels for mumbai.
So refund me total money as earliest.

It's a very bad service about timing...It takes 29 hrs from chennai to pune...
Very wrost service, staff also rude, no proper training to staff, bus conditions also bad . No clean and neat buses.
