I travelled in national travels sleeping coach bus on monday 29.1.18 at 8.45 am. From bangalore kalasipalayam. When the bus reached at madivala the driver dropped me forcibly and boarded another person getting money from him. After some time again he called me to join the bus in another seat. I reach the bus by auto. I was fully disturbed by driver's worst behaviour.
I'm booked national travels seat number 20 that push back will be broken

    I have booked my ticket from national travels.in and my PNR No is 1469341. The traveller has cancelled the bus & advised me that I will get full refund. When I contacted the traveler they provide me your email address [protected]@ticketsimply.com and asked me to contact them through e mail for getting balance 50 % refund. For no fault of mine I am being harassed for getting my due money. I booked ticket for morning 4 O'clock bus as I have to catch a flight at 2.50 PM. The day before my journey the traveler told me that the bus is cancelled and I was allotted sit at 6 o'clock bus. As I found it difficult to avail my flight if I come by 6 o'clock Bus, I requested the traveler to cancel my booking and give me refund. They told me to cancel the ticket online & they will give me full refund. But to my astonishment only 50% refund was given to me. When I contacted the traveler they gave me email address [protected]@ticketsimply.com and told me that it will be done manually I am not understanding why I am make to run for my logical money for no fault of mine. Please take up the matter with traveler. I will approach the higher authority if I don't get the refund.

      I booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai for date 23 rd december with ref id[protected]after telephonic talk at[protected]. The person told me to drop at airport only at 11.30. Today the driver missbehaved with the passenger kasturi mantri seat no 19. Just now she had a drop before koyambedu. U are now requested to pay rs500 for coveyance. She has a flight scheduled at 5p. M. She is in trouble.

        National travels which is departed from chennai tondaiyarpet yesterday. The bus is not reached the destination on time. 4 hours late. Which equal to almost half working day. People don't book this bus if you want to reach your destination on time. Useless bus and poor service and responsibilities. We had a cruel worse experience.

          I was travelling from bangalore to mumbai on 10th october 2017, boarding time-10pm kalashipalya. Drop was borivali which was the last stop and the bus was supposed to reach by 3 or maximum 4. Finally only 2 passengers were left (Including me) to get down at borivali. Just when we arrived at nalad i was told by the conductor and driver that i need to get down here as the bus is running too late and need to return back. I had too many luggage so it was difficult for me to get down anywer. So i asked the driver to drop me to borivali so he started saying madam u have so much of luggage. And a 3rd person named “sanjay” started saying take money from her for the luggage. Around 300-400. I had already informed whil booking that i have luggage and i even agreed to pay them as per their charges but then this is not the way to say. And they dropped me in the middle of the highway and went off.. Threw all my luggage and left.. So unprofessional.. National travels please teach tour staff to behave.. Irresponsible.. Always late arrival
          I have booked my ticket at 3:00 PM, nope sorry. They have forced me to book ticket from their travels and said bus is ready to leave. These cheaters had made me to wait upto 7:45. One of the worst travels and bloody cheaters. They just want money. They are not behaving like professionals. I hope this travels will be ceased soon!!!

            I have booked a ticket on 15th september jourbey date 28th sep 2017 from. Bangalore to pune. Sleeper class 6.30pm. I received a call 15th midnight arpund 11 pm saying that bus break down and your ticket has been cancelled for 28th september. Money will get refund in one week mentioned. But it almost 20 days. Still money not yet refunded saying it will get refunded soon. So can i take up the situation. Can i consider that national travels is no1 fraud company n looting the people money unnecessarily. I wantes to file very strong case on this regards.

              This bus which had to depart from cmbt at 11:45 p. M actually deaparted at 12:40 a. M saying that bus had to be filled. This a black mark symbol to your agency. My ticket number 1342856. Name:mir mahamood ali. Poor service by your cleaners who spent time by smoking. I am travelling from chennai egmore to bangalore madivala. They were also closing the boarding filled as a police car came and telling them to move. If you were to ask me to rate your service honestly 1 star service.

                This is to bring your attention that the attitude of staffs r very arrogant. They r rude to all passengers. Our bus from chennai to bangalore supposed to start at 11.59 but actually it started at 1.52am we waited for almost 2 hours on the roadside in front of their koyembedu office. There was no chair, no waiting place for passengers everybody were asking for reason for the delay but the staffs were responding arrogantly to everybody. I asked 3 times as my kids became impatient by standing for 2 hours so the staffs came to hit me physically, they also pushed my sr citizen mother... The staffs are shouting at all passengers and insulting... My advise to all passengers stay away from this national travels first they will take ur money then they will hit you push ur elder parents n insult you infront of everybody. I will never ever travel by this pathetic rowdy behaved staff driven bus service.

                There are many cockroaches running in bus.
                That's danger for health & arrange to clean bus in future.

                  It is raining today in chennai. Having four days continuous holidays, it's huge traffic which you may be knowing it as travels. I could not reach the bus point near vijaykanth marriage hall which was koyambedu bus stand while booking. Change of boarding point was last minute change. I reached late, before getting on to the bus, i asked them to wait for two minutes. After boarding the bus, the travels people shouted without reason. For me loosing ticket amount is not big deal. Hope you people understand the situation and make the environment friendly so that we choose national travels.

                    I was travelling from chennai to devakottai on 30 july 2017 in sleeper coach and the conductor was stalking at me for more than 5 times. And he was very rude when i asked to reach my destination. He stood at the door literally leaving a little space for me to get down. What pleasure he is going to get by doing these acts. I request to take strict action against the conductor on board so that it ll be highly safe for female passengers.

                      Had booked national travels bus from bangalore to chennai on 16/7/2017 non ac to my shocking found so many bedbugs, it was like a nightmare and since the travel was in night could not get out and take another bus, all the passengers had same problem and some 2 or 3 people went and sat near the driver, along with me people sitting near by were also in bad state cause of bedbug bite.
                      Never ever i would travel with national travels again.

                        Dear readers,

                        I booked an online ticket through by redbus for my travel from bangalore, boarding point of silk board to chennai on 9th of june 2017.

                        On that day, i informed couple of times to the concern person of driver/conductor/coordinator phone number that i was struggling in heavy traffic due to rain and i was very closed to silk board bridge about 300 meters. He told me that we were also in the traffic jam, asked me try to come fast to the boarding point. Immediately, i jumped out from my cab, running on the road towards their boarding point, but i was not able to see that bus. When i called him on his mobile number that was busy up to 15 to 20 minutes and finally when i connected and discussed him about my on-boarding, he telling very rudely that we have already started from there since you are late and we cannot wait for you. He is not treating me as a customer/passenger, he was talking very rubbish as drunken man, he said you cannot do anything and we cannot wait for 5 minutes. I told him that when i was waiting for your bus in the same boarding point for more than 1 hour on one day, at that time you were simply saying that there is a traffic jam and we have to wait for your bus for hour an hour. When a passenger is late for few minutes, you are saying that you are on late.

                        Couple of days back, i came to know that one of my known person traveled in my reservation seat on that same day in the same bus. Really, i was very upset/pathetic because of this bloody people attitude and behavior of their service as they are looking for money and not for the customer/passenger/people situation and tensions. They are not qualify for this kind of public service and they will do anything for money. Hence, we have to be very careful such a kind of bus service people, my recommendation is to my people/network please don’t travel on this bus. Anyhow, god is there, if they cheated us like this then they will suffered 100 times of our money.

                            Our booking is from hubbali timing is 2.30 at gabbur toll and bus came at 4.30 there is no place to sitting our bus no is 5544 date of journey 28.05.17.

                            After that bus stopped for dinner at 11.00 pm and hotel is pure veg, we saw some how drivers are manage for nonveg in the same hotel. Then they left us behind we called to bus drivers but his number not reachable some how we manage to call were from we book and he called on another passengers phone no then bus driver half after 45 km from wai naka.

                            We asked to cleaner why don't you checked the passenger he told that is not his job and one of our passenger also said he did not check the passengers.

                            I hope I can get reply from someone who is responsible.

                              When we called the office they said the bus departure time in silk board is 12.00 ..
                              N later at 11.20 the driver calls us up tells to come to destination... With great difficulty when we reach the destination he is like..We left to hosur ..I[censored] want u can catch us up der ... How irresponsible r u ppl behaving... No sense of manners at all... The driver behaved so rude ... .. I will never ever book ticket again either will I recommend anyone...

                                For kolhapur i booked national travel. Bus no. Mh 09 cv 709. I understand due to heavy traffic bus is delayed at vashi. But in journey several times driver has stopped bus for taking passengers to feel vacant seat. We customer paid 1532 rs for better travel. But these guies are incoming by other way also. Now bus left satara still not reached at kolhapur. Very bad experience. Sorry to say but i will never book my journey with national.

                                  I booked my ticket for pune from ahmedabad, their miss management starts from first point when bus came one hour late at boarding point. Bus took 11 hours to reach naroli silvasa (370km) then operator said that from here we will shift you in another bus. He kept us all in waiting for around 4 hours and then shifted all in another bus which was coming from banglore. When the passengers were asking for reason behavior of operator was very rude. I called the agency but they did not pick my phone. While booking they confirmed me that i will reach my place at around 8am but the bus dropped me pune at 4.30pm (Delay of 8.5 hrs). I missed my office and need to take one day of leave with salary loos. My fellow passengers confirmed me that this is daily practice of national travels. My recommendation is to never ever book your ticket with them. Regards

                                    Last night I booked Chennai to Madurai non AC sleeper, boarding point at Ashok pillar, reporting time is 10pm but I waiting there from 9.45pm, there is no body make a call to me they simply crossed that place, then I contact that operator they said come to Pallavaram, after reached they said come to perungulathur, then Chengalpattu, finally I catched that bus at ulundurpet ... More than 4 hours they make so much tension, after catch the bus I ask that driver about this incident they rudely response to me, they said we are not responsible for it.
                                    Really very worst behaviour, here after I never use national travels and also can't refer to my friends.

                                    really sorry to say it's very wrost experience with you ..

                                    Last nigh i booked ticket to go for chennai as have had appointment with one of
                                    Dr for my daughter .
                                    My daughter is suffering from slow Development and has Eye problem, she is not able to see completely i mean she has visual problem and
                                    after multiple attempt i got opportunity to go chennai for her
                                    treatment ..

                                    I was informed that your bus will be delay for 2 hrs and new schedule
                                    departure is 2:10 AM where as actual schedule departure was 12:15 ..
                                    I asked multiple times to update me truly whether bus will get cancel
                                    or not, he told there is no chance of cancelation it's Nation Travel
                                    bus ..

                                    So, After getting confirmation i booked OLA cab for 1:00 O'clock and
                                    reached at boarding point on 1:30, after reaching i seen none was
                                    there and i tried to call all contact numbers whichever mentioned in
                                    ticket but i did not get any response and big thing is nothing was
                                    there at boarding point there were no sit to take a rest even it was
                                    raining and i was not able to do anything for my daughter and me along
                                    with my daughter was standing approx 2:30 hrs and waiting for bus and
                                    keep calling to each and every number to take some update/information
                                    about bus but i did not get any response nor any call from any one
                                    about bus position, i was there till 3:40 in rain waiting for bus..

                                    I'm not sure what to do with my daughter appoint and when next time i
                                    will get the appointment ..it's getting delayed for checkup and if
                                    will not get Dr on time there my be chance she will loss her eye
                                    vision ..

                                    Now i want all expenses and lost which happened because of bus cancelled ..
                                    Bust ticket approx Rs.2500/
                                    Ola Cab up and down :500/
                                    Dr appointment :300/

                                    You leave one nigh which i wasted and stating in Rain with my 5 years
                                    daughter, there is no charge for my mental disturbance and struggle
                                    for all things which i did to get Dr appointment and bus position
                                    ..more then 50 times i called to each and every contact number
                                    whichever mentioned in ticket .

                                    I want to get all expenses remburse as soon as possible..Requesting
                                    you to please help me to get it done asap...Thanks !!

                                      I had a travel on 5/02/17 from Bangalore to Mumbai was started on 10:30 pm from kalasipalayam (Bang) by volvo multiaxial the bus stopped everywhere like town bus and the way of care taker speech is very rude rashes
                                      as well driver also on the same shift is a worst behavior with all passanger who are travel in the same and the bus was reached at mumbai @ 5pm it was committed time is 3pm so please take this complaint as prior and advice to
                                      the caretaker& driver how to act with passanger

                                        We booked ticket from Bangalore to coimbatore on national Travels Date 21.01.2017.They told boarding point as one place at 8.45 pm.Then they told bus will be come only 10.45 pm.There no place to waiting for girls.So we ask near by travels waiting room and wait for national travel upto 10.30.Then they told one pick up bus will come.But that pick up bus driver told you will come front 1 km by cab then i will pick up at 11.45 pm.We loss our temper.We plan to go another travels.So we go to near junction by using Cab .In that junction same company bus was there that bus driver told just now your bus went .Then They called and stop that bus .Then we picked our booked bus using that same company bus at 1.00 am on 22.1.2017.We are girls new to bangalore.We are struggled and suffered lot so please kindly take necessary action on that Bus services because here after no one struggle this type of problem.

                                          I had booked a bus from chennai to bangalore on 30th Jan 2016 at 11.45 PM. I had booked a window seat, as am comfortable only with window seat. Bus came more than 30 mins late to the given time and they gave me a random seat, which is not a window and next to ladies. When I asked for window seat, they yelled at me saying i[censored] want u take this bus, or else cancel it and get full refund online. Is the way you people treat your Customer. They said there was a problem with their bus and in the seat which I booked beside, a lady was sitting. Still they refused to change it. I demand a feedback call on my mobile number and a valid explanation for their irresponsible treatment. They must shut their travels of they don't know how to behave with their customers. I had taken time to book the ticket well ahead jus to ensure I can pick my seat and not someone else just give me a seat. If National travels can't afford a guaranteed seat to a lady, what else they can? Please shut your travels. Staff behavior is not fit to run the travels.

                                            Hi just travelling in bus but my mood won't be good throught my journey as one of your staff was behaving rudely. You better put them in a strict professional environment otherwise it's not difficult for them to behave like animals . He was shouting at me threatening he would break my face. Such a cheap behaviour anybody has to face just because your travels is chosen.Better be aware. Money is not all.

                                              Booked 10 tickets in National travels from Bangalore to Kurnool on 11-Nov-2016. But not travelled as Bus started from boarding point without calling and intimating to passengers. So we called many times driver to know where the bus is located, but no response.
                                              After leaving the bus from selected boarding point, driver picked the call and he spoke very rudely and said we can't wait more than 5 minutes.Finally we have not travelled and stood on road with very old persons for long time as no cabs and bmtc buses are available at that time.
                                              So looking for refund of money as it costs a lot.

                                                The pick up time and the drop time differ upto 2 hour from the time specified, also the bus was not up to the mark in comparison to the ticket tariffs you maintain. Seats were bad the musics system were too loud that we couldn't travel peacefully during nights.

                                                Rates are higher to the services you provided.in short i was not satisfied with rates, bus, service and particularly the time management.

                                                Better to provide a good bus in equivalence to the ticket rate else customers like me will never prefer national travels again.
                                                We are started at 1st Jan, 2017 at 8:30 from HSR layout, Bangalore. And we reached to gachibowli, Hyderabad at 4:00pm on 2nd Jan, 2017. Can anyone imagine jrny of 12 hrs would turn into 20 hrs. Such a pathetic journey we had. I need proper expalnation from this travels

                                                  Bus driver denies to stop for bathrooms for ladies at petrol bunk. Driver shouts at us in front of everybody. Worst travel service. This is the way women are treated in our country. Without any respect to women. Can anybody take action against this. It's so disrespectful transport system i have ever travelled. It's a fight against the useless people who treat our women bad.

                                                    Bangalore to chennai, worst bus service ever, bus broke down, infact they were aware with the problem of their bus but still planned to put it on road. it was dragging all the way from madiwala and just stopped within 30 min from starting. stranded for 3 h on the road, mechanic came after 2.5 h, no alternate arrangements. employees of national travels just giving us different numbers to call saying its not their responsibility. no information with the drivers. disgusting travels and service.
                                                    Now after 3-3.5 h of juggling, we are getting sms that bus is cancelled due to breakdown, without alternate arrangement at 7.20pm

                                                      At 9:40 PM, three o[censored]s, lady teachers, boarded the National Travels at Coimbatore.
                                                      Though we had paid for the tickets, we were threatened by Satish, A lawyer, and part-time employee of the travels.
                                                      We were told that they would put us down out of the bus, if we did not pay RS.2400. So we paid up.
                                                      I Have all documents to prove that the money has reached National Travels and is still with them.
                                                      Their number is [protected]
                                                      All documents to prove I paid are with me.
                                                      Do INDIANS allow their women to be thrown out of buses at 10:30 PM in the middle of nowhere ?

                                                        I am a regular customer of you.
                                                        Today I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai on Mercedes Benz multi axle. Below details are the proof for that.i have booked through majestic bus stand national travels agent.
                                                        Actually that bus has to come to majestic for boarding.but that agent asked us to go to shanthi Nagar. Then I have compelled to go by auto to shanthi Nagar, I did that too.i had very bad experience with that auto driver. As per booking Mercedes Benz multi axle should come there .but there was a Volvo 9400 inter city.your agents and bus staffs has not gave me a proper reply. I is a great insult for me bcoz I chooses national travels...
                                                        I need a proper explanation regarding this mater.

                                                        Depending upon your reply only I have to decide whether I have to choose national travels or not.
                                                        If you are not explaining, I will share this worst experience with my friends.so that you will loss many customers.

                                                            I have booked 11.00 bus from chennai to bangalore on 17th january 2016. the bus was late by 2 hours. and the pasengers were treated badly for the late service and they asked me to get into another bus and that bus stopped me in maduravoyal middle of the road. i was calling for the customer persona and the asked me to wait for long time mobile number [protected]
