Nattashi.in — wrong and cheap, used item delivered

I ordered 2 kurtis with nattashi.in website on 05/10/2018.. The order id no. Is 65011.

I received the items on 10/10/2018 and the payment was done through cash on delivery. But when i opened the parcel, i realised that i am cheated badly.
They delivered 2 sarees which are used ones and also damaged here an there.
When i searched their website, no contact no.. But email id is there. I sent a mail to them for refund.
Then i searched and got a contact no.[protected]. I contacted to this no. And explained the incident and ask him to return to my paytm. But the fellow asked me my debit card no. And said, they can refund through debit card only.
I hesitated to give my card details and i insisted him to return through paytm.

But the person disconnected. Then i noticed many posts from customers who cheated similar ways in the website nattashi.in.
From this incident, i understood, this is a fraud dealing.

Hence i request you to take action against this fraud company of online business.
