Nattashi.in — wrong item delivered

I had booked 2 unstitched salwar suits from nattashi.in order no is 39684. The item was delivered through blue dart n surprisingly when i opened my item i was shocked to see that they had sent me 2 saree of very cheap quality. I request u take an immediate action against this company as they are fraud n also initiate a refund of 1398rs. Most shocking is their website claims genuine products... Is this a genuine way of cheating others... I have also mailed them but no response so i kindly request u to look into this matter.

Updated by Sunita@Das I had booked 2 unstitched dress from nattashi.in order no 39684 through cod. I received my item on 4th aug at 18.41 hrs n paid him 1398 rs. When i opened my package i found 2 sarees of very cheap quality was send to me instead of dress. Immediately i went to the site for refund but there was no such option then i mailed them but no response. I searched on google about nattashi.in and i found dat there r many people like me who have received sarees instead of their item which was booked. So i think this website is fake n they r cheating people. So i request u please take action against these culprits n also initiate a refund of my order.
