Nattashi — wrong products | |||||
I had placed 4 designer sarees and 1 kurta six days back to nattashi.1st august 2018 when i received my order no 39438 through blue dart courier on cod basis, i was surprised to see that instead of 4 designer sarees i received very poor quality 5 sarees the courier boy refused to take it back. I have tried updating my complaint on nattashi but there is no response. Any mails. The email address [protected]@gmail.com is not working.in facebook page when we registering complaint on spot they are deleting all messages. I have ordered one kurti from nattashi, but on 1st August I have received one sari which is of very low quality. I have sent an email also but not receiving any revert from them. Also I have got one mobile number online but it is also not working.

We had ordered 2 salwar and 2 Kurtis but instead we have been delivered with 4 bad quality. Saree's... For easy return they have told to email them.. But they have given no response to the email as well ...We want our money to be refunded back
