I have visited last month for facial, pedicure, waxing. When i asked for the price they informed waxing is 400 and underarms also less price. But when billing they informed me it's 460 and 180. When i asked for using the 1947 coupon since i have taken service worth 3000 they told they can't redeem now (In other naturals parlous they accept). I went calm and paid my bill. The pedicure service is horrible. Not an experienced or professional way. They just do for name sick.

To redeem my coupon i went this month and i took facial and pedicure worth 2800. When i asked to redeem the coupon she told me they can't take both the coupons at a time and it is mentioned in terms and condition. When i asked her to read terms and condition there is no point only one coupon at a time (Whereas in other naturals parlous they accept both the coupons). She was fighting with me and she was telling they have their own terms and conditions. I never experienced any branded parlous have individual rules or something. They just run for money. Not at all branded place. This parlor located above the panasonic shop in koramangala. Worst experience in my life. I have been best branded parlous like toni and guy, blunt etc. No where they treat like this. I request them please provide proper guidelines how to run a branded parlour and appoint well experienced ppl who have worked in branded parlours and how to behave with customers.

Naturals in nagercoil having a very poor customer service... I have pre-booked at around 7pm for a schedule after one that's by 8pm.. Since 1hour is my traveling time to reach... When i reached they made me wait nearly 1hour... And didn't made excuses to attend some other customers... I don't know then what is the need on pre booking option provided. Can anyone take look at this issue...

The hair dresser of the naturals at ram nagar in coimbatore is not good to handle even the scissors and cut my neck. He also made my hair very ugly. Please take required actions so that i will be able to continue my regular hair cuts at naturals and request the management to take prompt actions against such ineffective labours in the naturals shops to give quality service to customers

I have a membership of naturals. I had gone to naturals, vidyanagar (Hyderabad). I had a hair length till my shoulder and i needed it to be trimmed off. The staff constantly told me it would be like changing my whole hairstyle. After talking to the manager, she agreed on trimming my hair. I live quite far therefore after leaving the salon i noticed that the hair was uneven and improperly cut. I had to go back again for the trimming. It is such a disappointment because of the poor quality of service. There is no professionalism in the staffs which hugely reflects in their work. Standard is stopping low day by day, i had many such experiences in other naturals, which was awful. I have been a regular customer here but i no longer prefer to continue with a salon who has no values and has no regards for its customers.

Hi had gone to do threading waxing and facial at naturals koramangala. They asked me to go for waxing first. The girl was new and didnot know how to use the wax. She was not using enough wax. And when she was it was very hot. I asked her to be careful but she kept using the hot wax telling me i should for for some costly veta wax instead. She burnt me at 2-3 places and now i have a lump under my underarms.

Dangerous, bad service. I left without doing anything else. I had to pay 600 for burning mysel[censored]p.

Please note yesterday i did spa and waxing in naturals (Ananth nagar). I choosed the dryness spa for rs. 1500/-. The spa was good. She kept it for 1 hr as well, but did not feel right with the procedure. Here's why.

1) first she washed my hair with normal shampoo
2) then she applied some cream and massaged for 15 min.
3) when it came to steam my hair she kept for 2 min stating that my hair was dry and steam will make it more dry.
4) she is supposed to wash my hair and apply a mask and then steam it. Nothing of this happened.
5) then she sends me for waxing. With the hair tied that way i couldnt lie down for waxing. The other girls guides me to adjust for waxing and says you dont do full portion. Only do it partially.
6) the same thing happened to my husband. Facial was over in 1/2 hr and mainly it was only clean up.
7) the most important when i asked the girl anything about spa procedure and steaming. She says steaming is for name sake and to make customer happy.

I took my kid for a hair cut today to naturals salon at sarjapur road bengaluru. I asked for the rate at the beginning and once the hair cut was over they proceeded to charge me 3 times over.

The receptionist had changed between the initial enquiry and while the billing was done. The new lady at the reception simply looked at the customer history and billed what my wife had paid earlier without questioning. The bill they gave had charges for 2 hair cut and this is when i asked the rationale. They failed to reason and returned the excess. I believe they realized that the customer could take further steps and didn't return the bill. This was to ensure the bill doesn't end up in the social media is my guess.

This is the sorry state of affairs with naturals. They even charged 500 rupees once for my kid's hair cut and fortunately for them i was not around. This time i decided to accompany my kid for her hair cut.

The initial charge agreed was agreed and they charged me 236. Bill said charges for 2 kid's hair cut.

Hello, i went to naturals for hair cut. Before hair cut i had a very long hair. They did layer cut one layer long length and another layer length is not reached my shoulder also. With that short hair i am looking very ugly. And when doing hair cut, they cut my very long hair and took. They didn't concentrate as whether that hair cut suits for me or not. Finally at the end they said this hair cut suiting you very well and after one hair wash your hair looks awesome.
After hair wash, i am looking more ugly with that improper layer hair cut.

@naturals, please concentrate on customer satisfaction, other wise no one will visit you back

I had been to malleshwaram naturals unisex salon, few days back for hair straightening but the staff came up with smoothening with out our knowledge. I was seriously disappointed with the service. The stylist burnt my hair and the frizzy on the hair is worst than it was before. When i went for my first hair wash after smoothening, i told him about the problem of the hair which was not done professionally, he completely denied that it was not a mistake and ever since then am been fighting back with the owners n staff for the justice for spoiling my hair and non professional work for which they charge not less than 10k, non including the owner, trainer, staff are responsible to revert back for two months now, in spite of their negligence on the work n customers. Local parlors provide much better and satisfactory services than this salon...

I am member of natural salon, but this my second that I had worst experience. I have taken services for facial and waxing. My full face have small white patches and underarms are fully burnt. When I called them to complain same thing they advised me to put alovera gel. Its been 20 days and my underarms have no healing and burning all time. Full scene tone got black.
I have taken services in Mayur Vihar delhi. Worst place. Useless! Go there if you want to destroy your money. Never gonna visit this place again.

I am writing this email with great frustration regarding our experience at one of your parlours at coimbatore-Siddhapudur branch. We had gone for our son's (10yrs) haircut and were attended by a manipuri staff who under stood very little hindi or English leave alone tamil. During the haircut, the staff was very rash and my son complained of pain while using machine, so I requested them to use scissors and be gentle and to use water spray He then stopped and said he's done and this is the trimming we asked for.I wanted him to cut some more and now that the hair was less wanted him to use machine to cut from top side a little more.He then started removing hair from sides again.As he did not seem to understand what we said, all the while we were not being helped by the manager who was happy just gazing from a distance I then requested him to ask someone else to cut as that man was not understanding and we were tired of repeatedly talking to him in vain.The manager Praveen, instead of helping out with the situation started finding fault with my son saying he only said it was paining with machine and now I'm asking him to cut with machine and it is already 1 hr since they started and we were confusing them saying nor to use scissors or machine.He spoke so rudely and angrily and also stared angrily at my 10 yr old.!!!The manager then argued so foolishly with me that I has to leave the salon half finished, as he refused to do service further.We had to leave the place with hair all over my son's face and body.In all my yrs of naturals experience(I'm a member)I'm have not seen such a rude and uncultured man like Praveen in the front office as manager attending client/customers issues.I sincerely urge youll to pay attention to the hiring of front end staff as they are the face of your parlour chain and even though we love your products and services we have vowed never to enter a naturals salon again in future as the manager Praveen challenged me to go complain where ever I like, he doesn't care!!!There was no customer feedback form or franchise owners no.who we can talk to.anywhere inside the parlour.Hope this email will be an eye opener for the management of the naturals salon. I went to saket Naturals unisex salon, Saket few days back for hair smoothening. I was seriously disappointed with the service. The stylist burnt my hair brutally. When I went for my first hair wash after smoothening, I told him about the burnt section of hair, he completely denied that it was not a mistake and that these things happen for colored hair due to bleach. And there is nothing he can do. He said that if I want to get my colored portion smoothened I need to get rid of the highlights. Local parlors provide much better and satisfactory services than this salon. Please do not waste your money after the brand name. I demand a heavy compensation from the salon so that i could get my hair treated from a better place soon.

I understand customer dis satisfaction towards d service rendered by d natural staffs. But being a Assistant Manager who s supposed to manage things around, d lady was dying to get d bill amount from d customer before completing d service. I had been to Ananthnagar naturals parlor to accompany my sister who wanted to get a hair cut done and was waiting out with my 1 year old baby. The So called "Assistant Manager" was insisting me to get d card from my sister before completing her hair cut. Don't she have a courtesy to wait until customer comes out!!! Really disgusting. Is this d way the customers r treated???? Is there any rule to pay d bill first and then get d service ???? Such behaviors 'll surely bring d customer counts down :(

I'm saritha from palakkad i had my hair straightened on march 08, 2017. Doing it for the first time i perfered a reliable and expert personnel for this. So i enquired at your outlet in coimbatore they informed me rs.5000/- plus tax and a kit containing shampoo, conditioner and serum. But i didn't have to spend there i opted palakkad. This people at palakkad charged me rs.9000/- incl. Tax they did not give me the pack nor they mentioned me about the regular spa. I paid the amount through ca
Rd but they did not give me the receipt i spend 4 hrs in the parlour they​ did not give even water to drink even in local parlour s if you spend more than half an hour they will give either hot or soft drink very poor service they don't need customer i think but the ladies who did the straightening were good others special the maid's behavior was worst

Today I went to the Natural's Salon nearby my home upon hearing from some of my friends that they are providing a haircut for a meager amount of Rs.1.
And instead as for my surprise found out that the staff working over there told me that no such offers were available in their branch.Hence had to bear all the expenses and also the haircut was not upto the mark. I hope Natural's know that their reputation is at stake. Hence want a Justification for the payment of my hard earned money.

I did my hair styling from naturals Besant nagar branch Chennai, this lady was introduced to me as 15 years exp in hairstyling... I don't know what experience really she S holding.. I had my hair till my hip, I requested for long layer cut and asked them to maintain my hair length strictly many times., but she cut my hair til shoulders and said this suits me.. She curled my hair stating that it S lengthy but due to length it look short, the curls went away after 2 hours. Then is when I saw my hair length came to shoulders.iam looking too ugly with this hairstyle now . I spoiled my looks, She decided Wat will suit me .. She charged 1035 for my haircut... She was so disrespectful.. She says every customer as her headache.. Please don't cut your hair from her. Why iS naturals having people with such an attitude.

I visited there for layer haircut which is priced at 600 plus taxes. I very new hairstylist just trimmed my hair and said it's done. He said it is feather cut. After that we complained to the manager so he got a new stylist after 1 hour. He gave the layer cut but not at all upto the mark. And then they charged me for creative cut that is 900 plus taxes. The behaviour of manager and staff all were very very rude.
Please do not visit this salon. Worst service ever.

Very very wort services. I had pedicure, Hair cut, Head massage, Beard trim. The service is worst. Nails were cut incompletely. The behavior of the receptionist is arrogant and very disrespectful. They charged me for card (purple card) without even letting me know about it prior. And no bill provided for the card purchase. The discount provided was very very low value.

Went for hair cut. Total after purple member disc was 120. Aftr tax final amt was 138 (120+18 (15% of 120).

Here comes my doubt?
Service tax is 14.5 % currently. But they charge 15 % to all customers.

Could someone clarify me pls.
If they charge 0.5% extra to every customer. They probably would loot lot of money knowingly to their packet. Can someone look into the matter.

I got my eyebrows done from Ananthnagar Bangalore naturals service centre. It was the worst service ever that was done to me. The lady employee who was doing the service made one of my eyebrows curved, and the other lift . The length of the eyebrows was also not equal and the difference can clearly be seen. Moreover there were rashes on the skin. She did it too harsh, I am not able to resist the burning sensation. And added to this, she is giving negative comments on RITA wax. It is for this service you are charging 15% service tax . We had taken a service for about 5000 rupees in naturals til now. She is not fit to work in your saloon and for the mistake she did I am not going to be the victim. I demand an action to be taken on the lady who has done this. Her name is Tara. The owner of that naturals branch is Arasu. I also need a compensation for this carelessness of your employees and I am not going to leave this here if no action is taken.
