This is Deepak, from Miyapur, Hyderabad. On[protected] evening I went to one of Naturals Salon branch in Miyapur (Above Reliance Fresh Supermarket, IDA Bollaram Road, Miyapur). Contact number:[protected] I faced very unfortunate, unethical and difficult situation at the branch. I got 1 male hair cut (Regular). But I was charged more than what is written on their price list. When I asked that why there is such a difference in the bill and price list, the manager (She did not revealed her name) told me that this is standard price and hair cut is given from Senior most artist in Naturals. Which I feel really a disgusting justification for the same. I have been charged Rs. 342 for male hair cut. I have the pics of the bill. The mentioned price in their price list is Rs. 175. Also they did not allow me to take the price list pic and all the staff have threatened me. I tried to contact customer care numbers mentioned on their websites. ([protected] and [protected]) but both the numbers provided on the website are not attending. Also I have written a mail to their customer care : [protected]@naturals.in but I did not get any response from them. the manager misbehaved to a lady publicly using abuse words without any provaction and reasons. naturals such a reputed organisation please ensure that don't employee such a misbehaviour person in this position because the organisation will loose good customers w.

I had booked an appointment for haircut at ayyappanthangal branch (Opp: Ramachandra Hospital) on 28 th June 2015 at 7.30 pm. I reached there exactly at 7.30. when i spoke about the appointment at the reception counter, the person neglected me and walked away without replying !!! Poor customer service!!! I have never seen such a thing in my whole life. They are charging about Rs.1500 for haircut and colouring. Charges are very high when compared to similar shops in Chennai.

I have gone for Royapuram Naturals Eye brow cutting and facial. They told me to wait for 1hour. After 1 hour i asked them one of the girls there told me to sit i vl do for u Suddenly Another girl from reception came to asked me to get up soo many persons are waiting before u. I was really upset with her Behaviour. The persons who are working there Dont know how to manage a few persons came at a time that too i informed them i left my 1 year baby in home. They told me to wait again I was very much disappointed with there service. Very very worst response to the customer by Naturals Unisex salon. If they run with these employer means they will close it very soon.

I am karishma from bangalore. I went to naturals yesterday evening 23 may.i had coloured my hair for which the person told me that per streak will cost 300 but in the brochure its written as 250.secondly i had 5 streak which I clearly told him before.the person who was doing left after he applied colour.nownat the time of billing they charged me 1800 saying its 6 streak. I refused and told its cheating and called that person who did my colouring, but converaatuon went on and they didnt accept the truth.i lastly paid them because i have my reputation but didnt knew having such good name they cheat people.worst experience ever.if possible I want my money back of what I paid extra.

Bad experience at naturals tirunelveli branch . me and my cousin had visited the naturals at tirunelveli branch. moment we entered we informed that we have the membership card with us and we are not carrying the same as we are coming from chennai .we can provide you all the details of the card .first they assisted us with the services. Later when we had to pay the bill they refused to listen to us and help us with card details .Ms Vijayshree and other who seemed to be the owner of the franchise seemed to be hardly bothered . We never have faced such issues in chennai . By giving franchise to such people we end up facing such scenarios and it also spoils the brand image of Naturals. Also only in insisting i got my back massage which is suppose to be part of my gold facial package .there is no set standards. We visited both the branches here . The new one in big bazaar informed us they do not even have system to check and hence we went to the other branch . hope you rectify and put systems in place if you have to give the franchise.

My marriage was arranged in Madurai.I reside in vellore & i am satisfied with their service at my place! So i booked for my marriage service in madurai naturals which is near to mettu st.I booked for a sr.beautician bt she took leave & a new girl was replaced.since i dint t have any other option i had to go with it.she was v.slow..changed my hairdo once! & delayed.I went half done & late to my marriage! Worst experience! Poor service & wasted my money!

I booked a Bridal and two sides at the newly opened Kovilpatti branch. They dint do any hairstyle for the side yet took the complete cost for the side. They are not even updated with new hairdos nor have perfection in work. They took 1 hour just to do my leg wax and I got pricked while doing upper lip which started bleeding. And when I complained to them they just kept on dragging and have still not come back to me with any solution. Worst customer service. They should stop calling them No 1.

Naturals parlour in Hitech city does not provide receipt even if we ask for. They always claim their billing machine does not work/its difficult to provide bills only for these services and all.But the fact is that they collect tax for every transaction.It has been happening for the past 4 months for me. This worries me that they are not accountable to both their customers/pay government taxes since the transaction is never recorded anywhere.Also, their employees are not at all the least courteous. Went for threading today (3/8/2014). Very painful experience under the inexperienced hands of "stylist" Dicha. At the end of the "service", I was left with something similar to pores all over my forehead because she took out the skin from that part. Now it's turned red and it feels like it's burning due to the pain. Moreover, when complained about it to the salon incharge, she didn't care and blamed it all on me. I suggest all and all reading this post NOT to visit Naturals (Indira Nagar) if you love yourself even a little bit.

I visited this branch for the first time few months back got my hair cut done. No other customers were there except me so a lady with all their staff were sitting and chatting. I entered a staff came and asked what service do I need, I replied I have front layers that's grown up now I need that shortened again. She asked me to sit and started combing and the lady and staff were discussing about what are the items they need for their parlor and writing list to purchase them. The lady who was combing my hair stopped and started answering their question saying I need hair brush etc. I was waiting, she kept talking and the same way she started cutting my hair what she did was totally wrong and not in an order. Completely lost my look. That hair cut made me look like its not me. They charged 250rs for spoiling my look and wrongly servicing me. That time itself I should have given a complaint, I kept quiet that's the wrong thing I did. But I thot every time service wont be the same for every customer now a days that how all the parlors are servicing. Second time I visited same naturals west mamballam branch as they were advertising hair straightening offer 3999 only. But they charged 6000rs. And she was begging me for 800rs more. And till now she is calling me again .This time again had a very very very worst experience will not visit again anymore I will not let any one visit there as they cheated me. Staff named Maya she was so talkative & was talking unnecessarily. What she did is not straightening at all I know how a straitening process will be done because its the second time for me. When I asked why ironing is 1 time she said its a double ironing when I rub it double times from head to down with ironing machine which was such a stupid answer. She showed a wella cream box which she dint open in front of me instead she said staff is not allowed to show the cream to customers in our parlor which was again a cheating. Finally now hair is not at all straight and she burnt my scalp I have the proof I took pictures of my scalp and I wanted justice I demand explanation I wont leave this. I want the naturals owner number I would appreciate if some one can provide me the number or take action please. Whom to explain all this? Who will take action? NATURALS SALON, ASHOK NAGAR, Chennai: When I entered I was not acknowledged and was made to wait for nearly 20 minutes without telling me how long it will take them to call me in for the service. I told them that I was not well and am just recovering from dengue fever and hence call me as soon as possible. When I went to the counter I saw that there were two beauticians who were not servicing anyone and idle. I asked them why they were so indifferent, their response was that I did not have an appointment (which I expect to be told immediately when I came in) and hence I have to wait indefinitely. I felt deeply insulted by their callous behaviour and attitude. I wish to a lodge complaint against Naturals salon, Ashok nagar, Chennai and their callous behaviour.

I had taken a hair smoothening treatment at Naturals in September, 2012. The staff there used a wrong cream during the treatment and asked me to come again after two days and take treatment again. after the treatment , the result is that i am left with damaged hair and the hair fall is not stopping. I have raised numerous complaints at the salon but they neither hear not take any action.

Really bad services and after the wrong treatment noone even responds to the customer.

A new Naturals Saloon is opened in a mall. All the girl beauticians are new and Nepalis as in other branded saloon, who usually don't understand what customer say. But it was a beautician from Tamil Nadu who did full arms waxing for me and made burns due to hot wax. I do waxing regularly and i do not have sensitive skin. Also, in facial service other girl applied pack to teeth, lips and over eye. Hair cut was entirely different with what was asked and the girl who did was not interested to do hair cut also. Finally Total amount was 4000 Rs with all kind of taxes which i paid and came away as it was very late for me. i went back and showed my burnt marks and explained the service but the girls who did for me shouted in bad words but I clearly explained the fact to the manager/receptionist and came away. My concern here is even if we pay 50 to 100 rs we get good safe service in small road side parlors. But Big branded saloons, they do all show off with brand names and keep the rates extraordinary as if they do something great than others. To cover the customer they ask(mostly pressurization) to take all treatments and other services. Even we too earn money out of pain and we cannot throw it at the cost beauty. This should not happen to any other customer since if any damage happens to skin,hair or any human parts they cannot be replaced so easily as they think and the people who are working must feel the responsibility of what they do.

I paid 500 as deposit and obtained the membership card from Natural Beauty services, Chennai. Now that i wanted to return and obtain 500/- they say they will not give the money but wanted to use their service. Their employee clearly said she will return the amount on surrender but now saying i misunderstood and i need to use their service will be only option. Please look into this

VERY WORST FRANCHISE'S WAS GIVEN BY U IN KUMBAKONAM. THEY DID NOT HAVE SCISSOR IN THE BRANCH TO CUT THE HAIR.UR STAFFS R DOING IN COMPLETE WORK BECAUSE OF NO SCISSOR IN UR FRANCHISES. GOOD JOB BY U HOW U WILL GIVE LIKE THIS FRANCHISE'S FOR MONEY THEY CAN GIVE LIKE THIS FRANCHISE'S SO DON'T GO THEIR.THEY DID NOT TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE SCISSOR. AFTER HALF WORK THEY TOLD ME NO SCISSOR U COME AFTER ONE WEAK TO COMPLETE THE CUTTING. SO DON'T GO THERE.THE OWNER LADY HAS CALLED A MANAGER AND ASK TO TALK WITH HIM. HE TOLD SORRY WAT IS THIS. I THINK THEY DID NOT DO A GOOD BUSINESS.PLZ CLOSE LIKE THIS BRANCH

Naturals Unisex Saloon is opened in Ambattur recently. Since it is a branded one, I went there for a facial (Skin Lightening). Mr. Jacob is the beautician attended for me. I would say it is a worst facial I ever did. They do not know how to do. They simply apply creams one after another and wipe it off.

I recommend never visit Ambattur Naturals for any kind of facial. They do not have trained beautician at all.
