I visited Naturals kuniamuthur on[protected]. They asked me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and still had no response from them. I was even not told why I had to wait for that long. The customer who came next to me was invited in but I was still waiting. Kindly address this issue and educate your employees to handle such situations

I visited the Yapral branch of Naturals darling in Hyderabad for a regular hand and leg waxing service. After initially telling that they don’t have enough stock they went ahead and started the waxing service. While waxing the legs I felt that the wax was extremely hot and told the woman doing the waxing. She said that my skin is sensitive and it will be fine.

After completing the leg waxing, when I felt immense burning sensation on my legs I saw that there were burn marks and boils started to develop on the legs. I confronted the owner of the branch and she kept saying that my skin is sensitive. Later when I said how can waxing cause 1st degree burns and showed her my burn marks, she said sorry my people are not trained enough and I’ll take care of it the next time.

I would like to raise a complaint that this is extremely risky for any consumer and the staff are not even properly trained.

Please take necessary action and revoke license of the branch. I have attached pictures of my burns as reference

On 20th May, 2023 I went to natutals in Bapatla (newly opened branch) for services like eyebrows, upper lip and chin wax. The one who did the service hurt me by applying hot wax on my lip and as a result a scar developed on my lips. She did not completely removed the hair also. The staff lacks knowledge, inexperienced and they are not really interested in the work. Though it is newly opened, just because of brand value we came to naturals in Bapatla...but the staff is worst and my advice is to replace them with other professionals...so that customers will show interest if service is good.

I had gone for hair cut today. They told my hair is getting damaged so better do hair spa. So I tried that, would be given an anti hairfall spa and they washed and applied cream, kept for 15 minutes and the spa is over. I have paid the full amount ie 2950 for a 15 minutes of hair spa without a spa at all. This is not the first time i am having spa. But never had this horrible experience.
Kindly tell me why would I have charged this much price and the price is just 1100 in menu card but they charged very high amount. So please check and send my amount back.

I had this experience at your salon @ Kanhangad, Kasargod, Kerala. When I came to get my hair cut, they put me in the chair, draped and told me that the time was up. Later they asked me to come tomorrow. I am a cardholder member of your salon. Insane, freaky incident. I hope this never happens to anyone again.

This complaint is to express my disappointment with the service I received at the natural parlor.last month i done keratin treatment from naturals kadubeesanahalli branch for more than 10k . With in first wash itself my hair comes to previous manner .i visited to the parlor and they apologized and done the keratun again .. same only happened after the second procedure also . I informed to the stylist and he said me to come to parlor again .. when i visited parlor again, the manager took me to the room which is not visible by other customer and claiming that it may due to my hair issue . If i want they will give a spa complimentory . His behaviour is quiet rude . Very disappointed and i want my cash back

I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Salon de R (Naturals) branch in Kollam, Kerala. My family and I have been loyal members of Naturals in Whitefield Bangalore, Kadukodi branch for a long time. We are happy with the services and discounts we receive as Naturals members.

However, our recent visit to the Salon de R (Naturals) branch in Kollam was not a pleasant experience.We went there for hair clouring, pedicure and facials in
April 2022. Despite being Naturals membership, we were informed that we could not avail the membership discount for haircuts and hair coloring or of any services. They mentioned that we had to purchase their membership to avail discounts. This policy seems unfair to us, as we have been Naturals members for a long time and have availed discounts at other branches.
Furthermore, we were not provided with a bill for our services which we found to be exorbitant. This is not the kind of service we expect from a reputed salon like Naturals

I would like to request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action. It would be great if you could provide clarity on the membership policy and discounts applicable at different branches of Naturals.

I would appreciate it if you could ensure that your customers are treated fairly and equitably.

I have booked a slot at your spa in anantapur by 3PM with particular person but when I reached there they asked me to postpone my schedule to 6Pm. It is very ridiculous I came to your spa by keep a side of all my other works. Very bad service by receptionist.

I taken hair straightening, facial, hair cut services from naturals. They r not professionals. Parlour is better that this. Step/ layer cut they did same as u cut...paid 850. Hair straightening- they didn't use any serums. Paid waste 1100...Facial cost 2300 and skin became dark now. They r looting money in the name of brands. The scissors are very poor they use... Cutting skills r very bad..

I had visited naturals (near multiplex, marthahalli, Bangalore) for the pedicure purpose.
But one of the workers had suggested me heel peel for the cracked foot rather than pedicure. So, I had gone with heel peel .
Really I had wasted rupees 2124/-
It was fine when heel peel was done, but within 4 days I got cracks to my feet.
And now I got more cracks than before.
It is totally bad experience.

I have taken repair rejuvenate spa in November charged 1200 total now they have charged 1770Rs. for the same on 14/01/2023 at Sainikpuri. Asked but no one listened can you please answer to this.

I took service in naturals saloon which is in vannarpettai, tirunelveli. Where I have done my facials, manicure and pedicure. Before starting my service I asked about the rates and details to them. They showed menu card which was printed A4 sheet but after completing my service they showed me another menu card which varies in price. Please take this into consideration and maintain proper menu cards and ask the manager to convey properly to their staff members.

Customer service at Hyderabad-Kokapet Natural branch is more than just pathetic. I was denied service by the hardresser on hair dandruff grounds. Being an hair care professionals, instead of providing solutions to customer they simply denied service and the store manager/owner showed no intention to intervene and rectify the situation. I was sold a membership in my last visit and now was simply denied service. I think this is not fair, I am at a loss of the membership fees and they are not willing to provide any service or refund my membership fees as well. I want to raise this concern and hope to get a resolution and fair compensation from the company for such humiliation and inconvenience

I went to Naturals Thiruninravur and asked for hair trim at reception on 24 nov 2022. Bill No 5155/9734. Then went inside for trimming. I asked slight trim and representative showed 1 inch hair to be cut for trimming, which I agreed. I told her multiple times that I need long hair and I have concern in cutting my hair. Then she asked me to stand out of the mirror area and she did a complete hair cut without even asking me but she removed the hair and showed only little by Cheating. As I had my flight, I had to rush. Within 15 mins, I called salon and made complaint with manager, owner. Manager and owner agreed that it was executive mistake. Manager specifically mentioned that she was there when I told that dont cut just trim and I don't want to cut my long hair. Now they say now, it was done properly. Why the representative showed only small hair. You people cut long hair of customers and sell it. Is your franchise doing illegal and unfair business and trade practice. Representative didn't even asked me when she cut more hair and hides my cut hair too. Why does she take me out of the mirror area to cut the hair. I have call recordings of your team and if this complaint is not taken seriously and action taken. I will lodge a consumer complaint online and file a case in court as well.

Very bad experience from ur side bz the staff was totaly. Disturbing coustmer mind one staff singing one staff taking her family issuesloudly they dont bothered we are their. This is kunnmagalam showroom worst management team

Hi I opt here to share my experience at one of your franchisees in vijayawada it is located at 4th floor opposite of ntr health university in vijayawada (mahanadu road)
I have a devastating experience here the salon will look alike as a local non branded salon even the staff there can't give clear response to me and my husband
It is ok when we go for service the air conditioner seems to be not touched for service since years.
The staff are not trained professionally
Coming to the products I have taken naturals radiance facial they are using the same products which the local salon people are using how it will be to me after paying that price and not even they are using the branded products if I ask them they are saying the naturals brand won't give us any products they will purchase in local stores.
Coming to billing what are these charges I have visited the salon in kanuru there the bill is around 6300 and here I have took the same services the bill is 8500 why is this having that much of difference
Even the software they are using for billing is different in kanuru and this salon near ntr
University

Finally my doubt is that is this one of your franchise or others if others mark it
If it is yours why are the billing and prices are differ explain
If the management are cheating then what are you people doing
Please take a clear response and let me know the further status
I am ready to sue you in consumer court also

I had been to naturals for a quick trim to cut my split ends. I had specifically mentioned that I did not want to reduce the length of my hair more than required. After wash the hairdresser was complaining the entire time about untangling my knots. I have curly hair so it gets a lil difficult to untangle my hair. But as a hairdresser isnt that one of the skills that you ought to have?
And after the hair cut, I asked him to style my hair into curls. Guess what he did he straightened my hair and made it wavy. He had zero knowledge on how to style curly hair. He had no idea about leave in conditioner for curl gel to style curly hair. Such a disappointing experience. It took me 2 years to grow my hair that long and he chopped it off in 2 seconds. This entire experience has been traumatizing to say the least.

I'm from Kanchipuram. I take my daughter to naturals in kanchipuram branch. There they didn't service us well. I asked them to short her hair but they didn't short her hair properly. Noteven they finish haircut fully, they leave her hair very clumsy. Her hair looks so bad and we are so disappointed by their attitude. But they didn't respond us properly they said that she is having curly hair so only i seems like this. How can this possible. Before 6 months I went to green trends there they cut her hair in a pleasant manner. I really so disappointed by their service
