I visited Bel road naturals on 24th dec for hair color this was my first time hair color I was so excited they spoiled my look
The store manager was least interested to check post 2 weeks I saw the hair color was not suiting my face when I raised complaint they asked me to come to salon
When I reached they check my hair color suggest me hair color all of that was decided i thought they are doing complimentary as they ruined it for first time his store executive also mentioned he will do it

The store manager walks to me when the guy was suppose to apply hair color she said she can max give me 25% discount when I didn't agree to pay anything she was ok for me to walk

Such bad people manage the store and drain the brand name

I would never suggest anyone to walk into naturals

I visited the naturals salon in Ashok Nagar 4th avenue. The service was very mediocre and they are pushing clients to get the highest charged services even though we deny it.
I availed a neck massage service- they said it was for 20mins only and the service was also not satisfactory and later when I saw the catalog it said time period was for 30 mins. When I questioned them they simply said we will do extra next time but I charged the same price . Well I’m not visiting naturals next time.
There was mosquitoes in the salon and the rooms looked untidy.

I am Yasmeen Sultana regular customer in naturals, .I had been to officers line naturals Vellore today 17th Jan 22. The treatment was very bad and there is no courtesy for kids.one lady told that i[censored] bring kids they will not do the service for us, is this the way u treat regular customer? that too i am a natural member for many years. Pls take necessary action as this is very insulting in front of others.

We went to the Naturals salon at Guduvancheri to avail a haircut. We enquired about the cost and showed the purple membership card and asked about the discount. The person at the desk entered the card details in the system and told us that a 30% discount will be provided for all services that we take. Only upon confirmation, we availed the services of haircut and reflexology. When we asked the bill amount, the manager said the bill amount is 1422 with only 145 rs discounted. When we asked about the 30% discount which was told to us earlier, they told us that the desk guy who informed us is new and had informed us wrongly about the discount percentage. We availed the services only because they confirmed that there will be a discount of 30% on all services, but at the last minute, they compelled us to pay the full amount and did not even apologize for their mistake and therefore cheated us in plain sight.

It was a pathetic experience at this naturals salon. Having used naturals salon experiences for years, this is the last time we will ever use naturals and will never recommend it.

I am complaining about natural salon (elements mall, thanisandra) was such a bad experience where i had long
hair and made then cut and color it. The color
was worst whereas haircut was actually okok
as it was just a straight cut. Omg the color is so
bad that its uneven and patchy. I already had
hair color so i asked them clearly to do it
globally in matter to cover up my whole hair
with same color. But the result is still same. No
difference but took 4k for such service. Never
going to suggest anyone to visit such salon.
Waste of money and i am so sure there will be
no service recovery also.

The very first time when I had visited it was the best haircut n hair setting I got, I was hopping for the same so visited again for a hair wash and hair setting instead of that I got my hair FRIED with hot air blow. I feel disgusted by the service, I feel sad for my hair even now. My hair feels lifeless after this incident and they in turn occused me of not knowing what I want though I showed them my previous session pictures.

After hairwash he didn't even pat it dry, he directly started with the hot air blowing without even applying heat protection spray. I damaged my hair after coming here. During hair wash he didn't even detangle my hair which made worst pull of hair strands during wash n conditioning. I wish I should not have visited this stupid store. I will never visit these money suckers again. LERN VALUING YOUR COSTUMERS.

Had a bad experience on 28th dec-eve

I booked appointment and I asked for experience person for my service.

1.The room allocated to me is not maintained well, I ask to change the room, but they didnt changed. Iam started to take the service.
2.had a Rica Waxing for halflegs and underarms, till 2014 onwards I used to do waxing, I dint experienced the pain I got it yesterday, blooded out in tat waxing part.
3. Taken Glowvitae facial- didn't satisfied with that facial also, the facial massage and steps feel like by getting from unprofessional staff.
4.No Receptionist or anyone is there to tell the concern, finally no water in restroom for anything, while taking a service, after applied the pack, the service girl went out without closing the door multiple times I ask to close the door.
5.In a small tailor shop also I used my debit card to pay the bills, here without knowing they said this type of debitcards are not accepted here, waited there for sometime to transferred from diff account and did Google pay.

Iam going naturals for past few years in diff state, what I experienced is a branded and high end professional staff, never ever experienced a service like this and this kind of worst maintenance. Still I can't come out of the waxing pain. Please Maintain a brandname and trust towards the naturals.

Waxing hands, underarms and legs.
I had gone for waxing and the result is I suffered the burns and bruises all over my body.
It was terrible experience and I went through lot of pain, burning and itching till now, although it has been more than a week now.Unprofessional and impolite behaviour is at peak for naturals, Gottigere centre.

Today i went to Naturals (Express Avenue Mall) where the person in the billing section behaved in an inappropriate manner to be specific it was 7:48pm where he showed his "Nagative Attitude".This attitude came up went I asked for the e-bill and he replied he did sent but to the wrong number. When I asked him to sent it to the correct number he asked me to wait outside by showing this attitude.
From now on wards none of my family members will not be a part of this Naturals any more. Untill and unless diciplinary actions on taken on the billing person.

On Sunday[protected], we took my daughter for a haircut. But the haircut wasn't done as requested. It is too short.

Hi, Iam Logeshkumar.U, visited you Spa @ Royapuram, Chennai, TamilNadu around 02.00pm today (11/12/21). I took service such as Haircut, shaving and Anti Dandruff Treatment, at a cost of INR 1652 for which i have made a card payment. In this case the seerum used by your stylist is Wella professionals which was expired on Feb 2019
(more than 2 years and 9months), when I enquired about this, Manager on duty Mr.VinodKumar, stated that this is what we using for all customers, seerum expiry date doesn't matter, in case of any problem caused for you naturals will take care. I don't know how to react for such reply from your Manager. I would like to tell you that, I visited to your spa for a treatment since already iam suffering from Dandruff issues, Now these guys irresponsibly using expired items for the customers and giving stupid excuses, If I face any heath issue I will seriously take action against this.

I booked for a groom makeup on Nov 15 2021, the representative did the makeup and it is not at all worth, the makeup is not even, waste of my money, I just applied and washed immediately and for washing the representative charged me 1000 rupees, not at all fair service.

I had got my Keratin treatment done on Nov 28 and within 4 days my hair is back to normal. They have charged 8000 plus 18% gst. This treatment was done at Naturals Miyapur.

My first time visit in naturals, I feel this will be my last also the worst experience I ever had, for colouring I went first day they simply coloured my hair but result so I went again then their manager told to colour it again after bleaching but that girl only bleached my hair and ask money more. There should be a worth to spend money on this but I just wasted my money for the no use. Really very bad company....

I went for smoothing on my hair on naturals indira nagar on sunday. Mamta has gave me service.
She was not able to do it properly. She finished complelete procedure in 3.5 hr. She was not able to do ironing to my hair she was asking cleaning person in naturals to do ironing on my hair.
Just next day of my smoothing treatment I can easily see so many curls in my hair. So was just doing it for the sake of formality. She is not capable of doing it. I found it's complete waste of money and time for this hair treatment

Went to Naturals for eyebrow threading at Krishna nagar (Mudichar, Tambaram, Chennai). I enquired to the receptionist and she admitted to go inside & sit in the chair for threading.. After some time, she told me to go to Bharathi Nagar (500-600m) away from Krishna nagar and get the service done.. I walked to Bharathi Nagar and enquired the reception to avail the service. Again Bharathi Nagar receptionist told that staff is busy here and it can't get done today.

For a simple service, receptionist in krishna nagar was busy in call and didn't give proper directions to me.
she would have asked the Krishna nagar staff before admitting me
She would have called bharathi nagar receptionist before asking me to go there.

Kindly don't repeat/ treat the customers like this.

I had visited your branch in Bangalore vidyaranyapura for hair cut one lady monisha said that those customers who are all having dandruff or some litt lice eggs also we won’t allow the customer in our salon as per company rules
Because I am having membership of naturals
This words I didn’t hear previously in many of your branches
I just wants to know whether that is true or not
Kindly resolve this as soon as possible

Visited Mysore saraswathipuram naturals had hair cut and shave but the service was clumsy and he did not he even give a wet shave rather finished with rough dry shaver which is not close shave at all and same goes with hair cut … bad

Requested a haircut. Billed as "change of style". Grossly overcharged. Staff name is Muthu. He says he is a senior hairstylist and can charge whatever he wants.

Need to find out whether it is real naturals saloon or fake, they have billed 2124 rupees for a Argan oil hair spa, naturals customer care number is not reachable.
