Very worst service and no customer care no professionals are available here, previous staff were good but now they are not professional, no service as per their cost

On 30th October 2021, I went to Naturals Sulur salon in the afternoon for hair cutting and threading. initially, I can say I am 100% satisfied with the threading. but when it comes to the hair cutting I was planning to do the layer/step cutting. I have already discussed my idea of how I want my hair cutting needs to be done. but they are not able to understand wot i am saying. i spoke in tamil only. when i asked about the rating they told me like you have to pay 400 for the front layer cut. but when they did the front layer it was literally horrible and i told them to do it properly. then they told me you have to pay 1600, i asked why should i pay this much. this is something like i dont have any other options i have to do wot they are saying. i said okey and once they finished the hair cutting they started doing the hair set up. however, they didn't ask me whether i need the hair set up or not. i told them that i dont want to do these things. then they said okey then pay 900. the hair cutting was literally pathetic. i will never choose this shop. except this cutting they didnt do anything like hair wash, hair dry or anything, .just for this 5 mint horrible cutting they charged me 900.

My name is satyam chaudhary, I was a regular cut of naturals, since last 3 yrs and me and my family were regularly using your services at Naturals, Ashiyana, Lucknow.
But today one of your untrained staff ruined my son's hairstyle and manager tried to convince me that this is ok. My son had long hair and I told him that just let be them long and don't make them short. And the first thing he did, cut them from his ear. It took so long time to grow them like this.
But this really disheartening that you people are treating like this. I was a customer of Naturals because of quality and you guys are really missing it.

I blow dried my hair for straight at naturals in Madurai narayanapuram branch 2nd floor for 900 rs. The service was painful and hostile. It was totally not worth it. They said my hair would be straight until my next hairwash, but it didn't last even half an hour. Worst service I'd say

Visited naturals saloon in nelson manickam road for a haircut for my son ...horrible experience...they should get staff who actually know how to handle clients and who have actually been trained in hairstyling ...utter waste of having such a huge outlet with no proper staff to provide service...pls get some experts who can actually do a hairstyle r a simple haircut ...r else ur reputation is in major trouble...

My wife had visited the naturals Nalgonda branch and had little deep burn, the employee who has given th service must have been monitored, due to neglect there is a deep burn and made wife feel uncomfortable for 2 days acute pain. I want Naturals to take action and compansate for the same. I feel not safe visiting naturals again nor suggest very bad that naturals is franchising irresponsible people and not taking right care of there customers

i visited naturals in bangalore, seetha circle, i took underarms and cleanup service, my underarms is burning and i get the service regularly in other parlour but on oct 1st it was worst still i cant even use my hand properly its burning and the skin has become red and its bleeding and cleanup has made rashes its itching the service was really worst i am in pain only because of your bad service i have never seen such bad service anywhere it costed 1400 just for cleanup and underarms its not about money its about service which is really worst in need my refund or i will go to consumer court as its related to my skin and i have all proof of my redness all over my underarms and face
I also mailed naturals headoffice multiple times they never responded how can they take this thing as a joke after spoiling my skin

The service that I got was eyebrows and upper lip trim. I have regularly gone there for getting my eyebrows trimmed and this is the 3rd time, that the service is not done properly. For Navratri festivites. But the way the staff is failing constantly to practice the basic services, it is very upsetting. And my unmatching eyebrows trim service is unnegotiable since this is been happening repeatedly. I recommend an inquiry from upper authorities to take charge of your staff.

I am Selvabhaskar B from Coimbatore. Booked an appointment for 3rd October 2021 morning 9.30am for a beard trimming service. I reached the spa at 9.25am..They asked me wait as the previous customer extended services..Then came a customer who booked an appointment for 9am. They asked me wait since he was old and not well. I said ok I will wait. Then at 10.10am they allowed one more customer for service whose appointment was at 10am. They again asked me to keep waiting. I really dont know what is the purpose of booking appointment. The spa centre guys are taking over advantage of a customer's patience. Why should we book appointment when these guys never follow it..Such a poor customer service. Did not expect this sort of service. Below is the contact number through which I booked service

Hi! This sireesha...worked as manager in naturals salon (kothapet) Hyderabad...due to some reasons the management terminated me...and still now I didn't received my salary... I have waited almost for the 3 months... But there is no proper response from them... If it continues like this I am going to take serious action on kothapet naturals...I am not asking company's amount ...I just asked my salary... what's the problem to credit my pay...it is not fair to keep someone's amount ...I need my salary immediately...please solve my issue

We visited the naturals nadakavu branch.
The equipments used were unhygienic.
The drape used was unwashed and non sanitized.
The hair cutting and setting instruments were also unsterile and unclean.
The hair massage service was also unsatisfactory.

I went for eyebrows threading.I saw another customer keeping her leg with slipper on in a fresh tissues box .I complained to the one who done my eyebrows, but no action was taken .i find this incident very unhygiene and very irresponsible .

This is about the indifferent rate chart mentioned by naturals located at Ranchi main road.
Online different price are mentioned about facial, but at outlet they have kept different price range.

I bought purple card membership by paying 500 rs in naturals on 7/9/19 and it's validity is 2 yrs. At time of purchase, manager in Triplicane branch said that I can avail service for rs 500 at end of 2 yrs validity if I'm not going to renew it. Now when I visit Branch and ask about it, they are denying that offer is no longer avail and we can't provide you service for that 500 deposited amount. This is completely unacceptable. Naturals Malkagiri Branch

On 5th August I have visited natutals saloon malkagiri for hair cut.

The hair stylist cut my hair too short when asked no it is what u have asked for and from behind looks correct only . Not to touch hair much as curls would get disturbed, extremely unhappy and felt bad and ashamed of having such short hair in my lifetime. Had to attend function on 5th, everyone including family members were shocked to see my hair and asked me why did u not complaint.

I approached on 7th Aug naturals malkagiri customer service through what's app number and also posted reviews on Google. Till date response is we are still working on your concern.

All saloons have cameras fitted. Pls check the hair length shown to hairstylist for cut. Does it take 15 days or months to resolve one customer complaint. Or am I in queue of pending customer complaints.

Approaching consumer complaints for action against saloon will be taken.

The employees in mayur vihar phase 1 branch is highly unprofessional and unethical.
Last time they made me sit for more than 15mins when the employees were chitchating and then realised that there is a custom waiting. Today one of the employee told me that for RACA waxing it's 700 rupees, but when I checked with the another employee and naturals pamphlet it was mentioned 500 for full arm waxing and120 for underarm.
When I asked the employee that why she tried to charge extra she starter denying whatever she told earlier.
I'm very disappointed with the service.

I got auburn hair dye in natural hair saloon for 4000 (which was way too high for me but still i thought it would be worth it, so i got it) but the results are so bad...it doesn't even look like i got it dyed ...the color is only visible in full sun(i clearly explained to the person there that i want the color to be visible, and i also said it shouldn't look black at all)
After dying and blowdrying my hair, i observed that the color...

I had spent nearly 10, 000 rupees in naturals for my daughter's skin treatment i was very disappointed with naturals today because the people who are working in ur organization are not using proper kit when we are questioning them they are replying us in inappropriate way they a telling straight a way that we have to know whether u are regular costumer or not we have to know that is it worth of it we are trusting naturals brand and we are there right is worth of our trust i am very disappointed with this i need an answer for this

Store person informed I can avail this for 4 months .
I purchased the family pack for 3000 .
When I reached them now .I'm getting a reply this family card is no more valid..

Could not even get the exact date of validity.
No proper reply from Naturals store as well.

Totally fed up with this .
