Naturals Malkagiri Branch

On 5th August I have visited natutals saloon malkagiri for hair cut.

The hair stylist cut my hair too short when asked no it is what u have asked for and from behind looks correct only . Not to touch hair much as curls would get disturbed, extremely unhappy and felt bad and ashamed of having such short hair in my lifetime. Had to attend function on 5th, everyone including family members were shocked to see my hair and asked me why did u not complaint.

I approached on 7th Aug naturals malkagiri customer service through what's app number and also posted reviews on Google. Till date response is we are still working on your concern.

All saloons have cameras fitted. Pls check the hair length shown to hairstylist for cut. Does it take 15 days or months to resolve one customer complaint. Or am I in queue of pending customer complaints.

Approaching consumer complaints for action against saloon will be taken.

The employees in mayur vihar phase 1 branch is highly unprofessional and unethical.
Last time they made me sit for more than 15mins when the employees were chitchating and then realised that there is a custom waiting. Today one of the employee told me that for RACA waxing it's 700 rupees, but when I checked with the another employee and naturals pamphlet it was mentioned 500 for full arm waxing and120 for underarm.
When I asked the employee that why she tried to charge extra she starter denying whatever she told earlier.
I'm very disappointed with the service.

I got auburn hair dye in natural hair saloon for 4000 (which was way too high for me but still i thought it would be worth it, so i got it) but the results are so bad...it doesn't even look like i got it dyed ...the color is only visible in full sun(i clearly explained to the person there that i want the color to be visible, and i also said it shouldn't look black at all)
After dying and blowdrying my hair, i observed that the color isnt visible and asked that person about it and he said 'its alright the color will be visible after 2-3 washes
I actually brought my own color...because i wasnt sure about the kind of output i would get...but they said outside colors are not allowed and i had to compromise and trust nautrals
I am utterly disappointed with naturals and my 4000 rupees went straight into gutter ...it was useless hairdye worth 0 rupees...if anything i would totally demand money in return for spoiling my hair

I had spent nearly 10, 000 rupees in naturals for my daughter's skin treatment i was very disappointed with naturals today because the people who are working in ur organization are not using proper kit when we are questioning them they are replying us in inappropriate way they a telling straight a way that we have to know whether u are regular costumer or not we have to know that is it worth of it we are trusting naturals brand and we are there right is worth of our trust i am very disappointed with this i need an answer for this

Store person informed I can avail this for 4 months .
I purchased the family pack for 3000 .
When I reached them now .I'm getting a reply this family card is no more valid..

Could not even get the exact date of validity.
No proper reply from Naturals store as well.

I have gone to natural in Porur above the bata show room, the lady while doing waxing I told her put wax properly, press and then pull else hair will come back in 2_3 days . She continued to do just applyingand just pulling without actually putting pressure and excalty in 2 days I had my hair grown which never happen for. 15 days. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also when I told her I want hair colour wella 44/65, she said yes it there, I said ok prepare it and I actually checked before which I usually do and it was not the same colour or brand. I got very upset, that they lie and apply anything ? Thank God I checked and didn't apply. They are spoiling name or natural and I'm given to understand it's run by some famous beaitifican and is this what is taught to people in parlour, give some sloppy service. You will never get customers.

I did a blow dry they say for blow dry, straight hair cut charge400..i didn't even do a haircut jus dried my wet hair even I have membership card, altogether they reduced 80..my lil one haircut 180-30, for me 400-50.threading 50..nd finally tax 99 rupees.. Now where is the reduction and jus for 10 min blowing hair they got 350..nd said we have given reduction.. Such a poor salon with only fame they are doing business charging very high.. So cheap o[censored].. Does the owner reads these.. How u can charge this much... Cheap o[censored] people I definitely mean this to higher officials because ur staffs never less a penny as u guys threaten I think so.. Such a fraudulent u are..

I did hair straightening when I went to first wash the hair was not straight they convinced me tat they will do it again but they dint bother to call me to do straightening again. My money got wasted I asked refund they told they can't refund. Got cheated when they don't have experience why they are cheating the customer. I did straightening many times almost 6 times all was perfect except this salon. I did straightening at naturals jeevan Bhima nagar. They opened it recently. I need my money back I don't want to trust them again.

In this pandemic during every naturals are following a same charges including franchise natural also but in chennai, moulivakkam branch charges much more for eye brows trimming charges Rs 100
In the same time in all naturals I will collect details
They are charging Rs 50 + gst 10 total Rs 60 only

In chennai, moulivakkam branch very poor in service and worst behaviour
And the owner telling this is my charges you do anything I am don't care about anything. worst behaviour
I will also ask bill for my payment they will not give and ask a reason printer not working

Please take immediate action about this otherwise I will approach legally

I went to Naturals in Tiruchengode in Tamilnadu. It is my first experience in Naturals. It is a small city. They use all cheap products which is not worth the money they get. I don't know why whether a small branch or every naturals do so ?

They billed me a lot which was not worth the product applied on face. The products are found in online sites for cheap price also they are not branded one.

Please look into this branch and take immediate action.

Hi I want for a haircut in naturals kompally hyderabad and there was no air conditioner and the manager was looking in a rude way and they took same charge as u know its summer then too plz check this and improve asap. Thank you

I experienced a worst service from your shop last time when i went for hair cut in april '21 the employee was very lethargic

The staff is not trained, out of concentration, , Thudiyalur naturals is totally spoiling the brand, there is no hair wash in starting or at the end, there is no proper In charge to ask for the satisfaction.. 👎👎👎👎

Today(10.april.2021) went to naturals in sanatorium.The hair cutting Person don't know how to handle customer .because all hairs fall on my body.he don't have cover my body using cloth. I raise the opinion no on care and no action taken.He cut my bead improperly.

I had a haircut last night and after blowdry my hair became really dry
Whereas by birth my hair is really soft and then too I went back home and used a branded shampoo but still it was dry

Even people with dry hair gets a soft touch after a blowdry but it turned out opposite

I asked them if they could do something to this but they are like it is not possible with one wash
If you do it twice or thrice it might happen
I think a branded shampoo shouldn't give that effect even after twice or thrice wash
I don't know what they are trying to tell

Given wrong information about anti-dandruff and anti-hair fall treatment at first sitting and now asking to pay extra for second sitting.

I was Ill treated an verbally abused by naturals kunnamangalam's salon's female employee. That female employee not only verbally abuse she even threatened me.

I'm iswarya, today I had a worst service experience with natural saloon.
I made an appointment in periyar nagar branch chennai at 2.30pm for pedicure. But the person who gave a service was really gaves me a pathetic feel. She seems to be unexperienced person. Also wasted the product. Saloon maintenance was poor. At certain point I tought whether I came to naturals or some other local shop.

I hope naturals will take this as a serious issue and sort out as soon as possible to retain their customers...

Really waste of money...
