Hi. Yesterday morning about 9 i called your branch which is at chandapaura anekal main road. One of your staff disconnected the call and then i walked in to your branch for a haircut and he immediately asked me to stop out of the door. I asked why he said unless you have appointment don’t come in. Is this the way you treat your customers? I am a regular naturals customer who always go to kanakpura branch and bannerghatta road beach. I am not satisfied with your service. Honestly you will loose lot of customers for sure. Today we wnt to naturals for eyebrows in nagercoil, tamilnadu. Chettikulam branch. They asked us to pay 150 per person for mask, gloves and sanitizer. How can u ppl ask customer like that. You people have to give that free. We pay you. But u asking us to pay. As if we don't have mask. This is very bad of naturals. Didn't expect it from you people

Pretty disgusting experience!! Firstly the lady named manisha screwed my eyes while doing facial as she was in hurry and secondly while billing the guy named subham who was in the cash counter was rude and unapologetic!! I had a coupon of hdfc bank which mentioned 15 percent discount which i wanted to avail but he refused to see the coupon. On requesting if he could speak to the customer care he denied and mentioned he knows everything and need not check which was pretty annoying. Infact he started asking me to go for higher package services to avail the offer!! Like really?? Wat a pathetic experience... He was indeed going an extra mile for the customer by misbehaving! Worse services in jeevan bima nagar bangalore

Rupa did the service and she was telling that she cannot do the hairsetting after she cut the hair stating that there is more dandruff and it would spread others if she do the hair set. Also said to change the comb and pillow cover in a clumsy way. When i enquired about it she speak weiredly. It is so annoying to have such a experience in naturals. When contacted the branch she was talking back to back and was not good to hear from her. She takes customer for granted and talk whatever way she thinks. This is the worst experience ever. Hope you will resolve it

I went to gergambakkam branch for the independence offer. I have asked to the employee selva when is the expiry of the the offer, before taking service. He said there is no time line for the offer. You can avail the offer whenever you wish to. Later after taking the service he is giving a time line of the offer as dec 31 at that time also i have told him you informed me there is no time line, i don't visit spa often i have asked you earlier about the timeline of the offer. He said by word of mouth madam if you don't avail the offer i will change the date. Even the staff said why do you give false belief to the customer. Now i am not able to take the offer within the stipulated time. Now he is denying that he dint inform me.

Please take necessary action for the above complaint

I went to the naturals salon at bhilai chhattisgarh for hair treatment, they recommended me keratin treatment. They told that my hairs will be smooth and shiny after it but the result were more then worst. I got eye infection from the product they used, it was paining a lot, i went to an eye specialist and it took around 4-5 day to cure my eyes. And there is no smoothness and shine in my hairs even after this, my hairs became dull after first wash. I paid them 7500 rs. For the treatment which result in to nothing. I'm highly disappointed. Now i want them to treat my hairs anyways or to pay me the amount i paid.

On oct 6th i went to naturals salon.. And got highlights done.. I told the hair dresser whose name is farma that i want copper brown golden blode 8.34 color.. But god knows what color he picked.. My hair looked yellow color.. And i was not happy with service.. He was very rude to me.. I told him i want one on to the left side of my head.. He said.. No.. He has done highlights on the right side and left side is incomplete. He also said.. He...

This is the worst experience i ever had in naturals.the hairstylist is not skilled enough.the style that i showed and he did to my hair is totally different.the stylist pores water again and again for no reason..and the stylist takes almost an hour to cut the hair alone.Literally frustrated.

It's time you fire off the lady manager. She's not at all friendly, she gets pissed off by customers attending the salon, gives such irritating looks when asked for any service. She behaves as if they are providing service free of cost. You get a direct "no", "products out of stock", "we are sorry", "it's getting late for us, we have to leave", inspite of booking an appointment, and inspite of waiting for hours at the saloon. She so so irritates all the customers. Best part of her is that, she gets all the services done from the staff, i guess for free, and in that process either customers get pissed off and leave, or she denies them. Such a ruthless and ridiculous staff naturals kadapa has got.
North indian staff here are well mannered and well trained.. It's only *the lady who manages the ladies side services*, and another *lady staff member (A trained member who is supposed to provide service)*, both of them are the worst combo spoiling the name and fame of the saloon.

It may be silly but because it's less amount but i want you to consider. Is it the same cost over all the naturals salon accross the country? I hope the answer is yes. For eyebrows they didn't give me any printed bill rather there is a cost difference from chennai to khammam.in chennai for eyebrows they took 24 and in khammam it's 35. It's ok if it's less cost but will it be the same for other things too. I'm writing here to ask you to just figure it out about the gambling.

Myself syed ali from royapettah chennai. I was approach for the membership by naturals express avenue outlet mr. Pandian (Manager). He told me that the exciting offer is going on it will end soon this offer was never before in naturals, the offer is i can use any services from the menu either its bacic or costly for 12 sittings with 60minute session & the amount is 50000. I can select any pedicure or any facial or any body massage...

Complain about natural beauty salon located in madhavaram.. Luminous facial which salon people recommended for good change and there no effect where i spend 4300 and no change in my face.. They said it take 2 days for good result and still no change.. Also the beauty provider was unhygienic in her service and was disgusting the way she cleaned my nose with damp cloth and cleaned my face as such..

I did a full arms and half legs waxing from naturals, bellandur. While paying, after the member discount, the amount was too much. On checking the bill, i saw that it was mentioned full arms and full legs. When i told the guy at the counter that i did only half legs, he said that full arms and full legs comes as a package and if i split it as full arms and half legs separately, i'll end up paying even more. He told me blankly that you'll pay the same, whether you do half legs or full legs. They didn't even tell me this before and i was in a hurry so i couldn't do my full legs waxing. I'm not going to naturals ever again, when i can get much cheaper options, with much better customer services.

Today i visited naturals salon, mantra mall, attapur, hyderabad. On overall to avoid gst/sgst, they are not accepting cards for big transactions. If it is 100s, they are giving auto printed receipts. If not they are giving manual paper receipts. We tried both credit and debit cards. Both visa and master cards. The receptionist straight away saying international cards does not accept it. Even local indian bank card also not accepted by them.

I visited naturals unisex and salon, near bda to purchase loreal shampoo bottle worry 635.. But the person handling the billing refused to swipe the card saying ' we don't used card swipe for products you need to purchase only by cash'.. Upon giving the cash again i was refused a bill of purchase saying ' we don't give bills, if you want bills you need to pay 18% gst'

I don't understand this money handling. Why are they afriad to show the record... And why shud i pay anything beyond mrp for products.. Shouldn't it be all included in th 1st place.

I went for doing tan in annanagar east naturals,, they consulted and asked me to do skin lightening,, nd later that lady asked me to do wax nd bleach,, i refused the forced kindly so accepted because she told there s a lots of tan,, then she did bleach, wax and skinlightening,, after that i washed my face after 24 hrs by using face wash as per they instructed,, now my skin s getting peel nd itching nd some kind of irritations,, finally my skin got spoiled,, i went and asked they cool nd telling use coconut oil,, this s not fare i trusted your product,, but am highly disappointed,, am neve going to suggest ur parlour to anyone nd i am going to aware people about ur careless

I did a bridesmaid package for 5000rs on 18th June 2019. Initially I told how my hair dressing and saree draping should look like but had a worst experience at the end. It was totally different . Saree draping was worst. When asked the receptionist she replied in a harsh manner and ill-treated by slamming the door right on my face. I want immediate response for this. Felt very disappointed and cheated

I went to naturals which is in saphire mall yeshwantpur bengaluru. the barber who dressed my hair, doesn't have any knowledge or experience i have seen so.he dressed my hair do badly nd they charge me 300 bugs for this ###. seriously in south india they don't know how to cut hairs specially local peoples. They must get a good training for that.. very unprofessional, i will never prefer naturals salon next time

I visited naturals unisex salon at kadubeesanahalli bangalore. I was given an appointment for 4:30, i was there at sharp 4:30 but i was kept waiting for more than half an hour. If they don't have an appointment, they can simply say no. Moreover when someone was assigned to me he left my haircut midway and left for 15 minutes to cater some other client. Initially he didn't ask for a hair wash, who on earth cuts oily hair. Later on after the hair cut i had to ask him for the hair wash which then he didn't dry completely. This is highly unprofessional, i wish i could revert back my membership with them and get the refund back.

I have visited naturals unisex saloon in yelhanka new town club for hair cut for me and my friend... From outside the saloon looks good but inside its worst maintainance... I don't know how naturals give franchise to these kind of people... I saw a child might get in to trouble while running in this worst maintained area of the saloon... They charge soo much... Why cant they keep the saloon clean and well maintained... Worst saloon
