I went to naturals for trimming my long hair, where one of the naturals staff advised to do U cut . I told ok for it . One among naturals staff came to me and again she asked me shall I cut or trim .
Senior staff told to do U cut so I told her to do the same . Then she did something with my hair . After completing I saw it’s like horrible. Worst service I ever seen . I think she s new staff . She doesn’t knw how to do U cut. I need necessary action should be taken .
