Naturals — Unprofessional hair cut

Today we went to Naturals Korattur for a haircut for my daughter. The person who did the haircut was newly joined and totally unprofessional. She spoilt the total look of my daughter because of the poor haircut. Why do you even call yourself a big salon brand when you don't have professionals to perform a basic simple haircut?? You should seriously review your team!
