Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I have had with the services provided by Naukari.com. I hope this complaint receives the prompt attention it deserves. On 28-01-24, I posted a job on Naukari.com, paying an amount close to 2000 rupees for the service. The website advertised a 2-minute job posting, which influenced my decision to use their platform. Following the payment, I completed the necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures promptly. However, the subsequent two days have been marked by an unexpected series of challenges and delays. Despite providing all requested documents to validate my identity and eligibility to post the job, the process has been far from efficient. Over the course of the next two days, I was repeatedly asked for additional documentation, even after providing all necessary information. Frustratingly, despite my compliance with all requests and the passing of the 12-24 hour review period, there has been no satisfactory resolution or initiation of the promised refund. Each time I contact Naukari.com for clarification, I receive assurances of a callback from different departments, but no tangible progress is made. I am deeply concerned that the delay in processing the refund may be intentional, possibly to shift blame onto me for not providing documents in a timely manner. This not only contradicts the advertised efficiency of the service but also raises questions about the integrity of the process. I kindly request your intervention to address this matter promptly and ensure a fair and timely resolution. I believe that my rights as a consumer have been compromised, and I trust that the Consumer Forum will investigate and rectify the situation accordingly. Enclosed with this letter are copies of all relevant documents, including payment receipts, communication exchanges, and proof of compliance with KYC requirements.
