I have been using naukri fast forward services and it's on auto-renew I have mailed so many times to cancel the subscription but no one responds. I want to put an end to this stupid service it is of no use anyway...

I got a call on 02/09/2023 morning from naukri regarding job application. First the person wants me to pay the registration fee Rs 1000 for attending the HP computer interview.the person tell that it will refund after finished your interview. They send me a mail about payment and timing of interview. The another person called me and conduct that telephonic interview. After that there is no information from anyone. My money is not refunded....

I would like to make it clear that I did not authorize or subscribe to the Naukri Fastforward service. The deduction of funds from my account without my knowledge, consent, or any prior communication is a clear violation of my banking rights and has caused significant inconvenience.

I kindly request Naukri.com to investigate this matter promptly and take immediate actions to reverse the unauthorized debit and refund the deducted...

Hi, I have taken job posting service on 25/7/23 and posted a job on 26/7/23 and till 28/7/23 only 1 response was there that too irrelevant. The same day I contacted customer support sara rakshana and they made few changes and said me they’ll refund if even this doesn’t works.
Today 4/8/23 I have got only 21 responses and that too irrelevant and now the customer support team says you haven’t given much keywords so you haven’t...
