Naukri.com — Fraud regarding job

Sir/mam,

I am Jyothirmayee. I applied on naukri.com for job recruitment. I got a call from the number +91 [protected] named Rohit roy on 25/12/2021. He told bajaj electronics is hiring and asked are u looking for a job and in which city and for what role? I said yes and in Hyderabad for the role Electronics Engg.After that he told inorder to attend the interview you will have to pay Rs. 2500 and It will be refunded.

I paid the amount and they conducted a telephonic Interview with in one hour after the payment is done.

After completion of the telephonic interview the HR called and told me that I have been selected and inorder to share the offer letter I have to pay Rs.5200 which is also refundable tommorow itself and I paid the amount to them, after that they shared the comformation letter and the training letter.

Then they called again and asked me to pay Rs.11890 for training, ID card and Health insurance for me and my familiy which is also refundable and I should report on the job location on jan 3, 2022 and the joining date will be jan 10, 2022. I paid the amount and shared the screenshot to them they told me that a person will visit my house to do verification and gives the joining kit and told me that he will call me on 26/12/2021 at 10 AM.

After that I have done some research and found that I might be fake and I texted them on whatsapp saying that I don't want to join the company and I want my money back, then they told it's not an issuse but inorder to give back your money you have to pay GST amount which we have to pay for the government that amount is Rs.3526 which is also refundable within half an hour.

Then I told them I will not pay another rupee for you and I also don't have any money with me right now to pay for you but they are telling me that I should definitly pay that amount inorder to get the whole refund then I told them if you are insisting me to pay the GST amount then cut the amount from the money you have the return me i.e Rs.19590 and then send me the remaining amount i.e Rs.19590-Rs.3526= Rs. 16064 then he said it is not possible and told me that atleast try to pay half amount of GST and i will pay the remaining and send you the refund. So then I said I won't pay you another time If you don't return my money I will complaint to the police, then he said do whatever you want I won't refund you until you pay the GST amount.

I tried calling them again but both the numbers were switched off.

Please help me to get back my money 2500+5200+11890=19590
