Naukri.com — I am complaining about unethical deduction of subscription amount when you are not providing option to unsubscribe the plan.

Naukri app does not provide option to unsubscribe the current plan taken by consumers and keep deducting money every month. It provides option to deactivate account which is nowhere providing an idea to unsubscribe a current plan. Deactivating an account cannot be a solution to this problem. i want refund for my automatically deducted amount on 11th dec, 23.

The executive calling from your side does not provide any information on unsubscribing to make it a scam of deducting money. You can check the call recording of my account [protected]@gmail.com, that i clearly mentioned i want the subscription for one month.

There is no helpline number to call and the mail i sent on [protected]@naukri.com
is still not replied from your part.
I can go to twitter and other platform to highlight this issue. I just want my request to be listened, Your app to give right option to unsubscribe, and my refund of rs 1153 deducted today.

I express my sincere apologies for the displeasure caused to you.

Reference to our discussion, we are initiating a refund of INR 1151 against the service amount deducted for the current month and same will be credited to your account within 8-10 business days (business days are excluding weekend & public holidays).

Further, cancellation of auto renewal plan, we request you to follow the below mentioned steps to cancel the subscription:

· Login to your Naukri account

· Click on the three lines on the top right side of the page just near to the bell icon

· Click on “ My fast forward services”

· Click on Manage Subscriptions under Profile Image

· Choose Cancel Subscription Option

· Select the reason for cancellation

· Click on confirm cancellation

Also, a cancel confirmation email will be shared with you post successful cancellation.

Moreover, as discussed, the auto renewal for monthly subscription is cancelled. There will be no auto deductions going forward.

Please revert in case of any further assistance.
