[Resolved] Naukri.com — irrelevant messages

S sesharama from Karaikkudi, Tamil Nadu

I am dr sreenivas and registered with naukri.com with my mail id is pothireddy. [protected]@gmail.com. I guess, i am receiving mails which are supposed to be delivered to someone else whose mail id is [protected]@gmail.com (No full stop after pothireddy). My inbox is full of offers which are meant for engineers wherein i am doctor. Even after trying multiple ways of resolving this issue, i am failed. Customer care cell of naukri.com is not responding. Thanks & Regards, Team Naukri Verified Support Nov 22, 2017 Naukri.com Customer Care's response Dear Sir, We have checked the details, would like to share that both the account exist in Naukri for both the your email id on [protected]@naukri.com and [protected]@naukri.com (keeping consumer complaints issue as subject line) To get the issue resolved we would request you to share the emails you are receiving with dates so that we can check further. The issue came up because Google do not consider "." in email id, mean for google "[protected]@gmail.com" and "pothireddy.[protected]@gmail.com" are same. So if we are sending any mail to "[protected]@gmail.com", it is getting delivered to "pothireddy.[protected]@gmail.com" Thanks & Regards, Team Naukri
