Naukri.com — Money deducted after cancelling the subscription plan

Hello Jury,

i had opted for 1 month Naukri fast forward services for resume display for getting job opportunities. As I didn't see much benefits from this service, I had cancelled the service before 8 days of next renewal date.
Renewal date was on 23 Apr 2022.

During cancellation of subscription in the website it was stated that it will take max of 5 working days for cancelling the subscription. After 5 days, no cancellation of subscription confirmation email received, I was in impression of that it might cancelled and no further mails may receive as I was in trust Naukri.com as a brand.

On 23-Apr-2022, my credit card got charged of Rs.908/- as next month subscription, I was noticed this transaction on 25th Apr and raised complaint with Naukri and the complaint.

Reply to my compliant, it was stated in the email that "the Basic Monthly Plan availed by you has already been expired on 23/04/2022 and the same has not been auto renewed." - email copy attached.

I replied to that email with screenshot of transaction happened on my credit card - attached screenshot.

After keep mailing continuously,
Deepak Nagpal(Service head) contacted me on 12 May 2022 through call and listened my complaint and I demanded for refund, as he said that there is technical issue and looking into it by concerned team and resolve you in next 2 days.

Till date(22 May 2022) i haven't received any communication from Naukri customer care Team except receiving mail mentioning that "we unable to reach you, please provide alternate number", that also I provide but no response after that.

Loosing hope on Naukri customer service team, I'm raising this complaint. Kindly do needful.
