[Resolved]  Naukri.com — naukri asking for more money even once they told no further payments are required

On 18th feb 2019

I got a call from [protected] whose name he said as shivam [when i tried to call to this number after this call it was saying switched off or unreachable].

He told me about the naukri paid services and said there is ibm and wipro companies are looking for software engineers and i was selected for the same.

He told me i've to pay 2900 in order to avail this oppurtunity. Which they said is refundable onec verification is completed. One two days before i've enquired about the naukri paid services through online, so hence i though it might be from them. So i decided to pay them the money.

For the same they connected me to aditiroy of crm section. Through google pay app i paid the amount in rs1500 and rs1400 installaments.

They have asked for some documents in the mail they send when i completed the transaction. I've send the same to them.

They were providing the mail with certified naukri paid service emblem. Hence i was not feeling cheated for some days.

On 19th feb 2019, i got a mail from the same mail asking me to pay rs6780 to complete my verification process and they said it is refundable and no other money or hidden charges have to be pay once this is paid. So then i called them and enquired about them, every time i call them they won't answer but they did call back in some other time asking me to pay the 6780, but i asked to reduce the amount and in the end they told to pay 5780 which i did. Then i again send them the documents to verify.

On 23rd feb 2019, i got a mail from same id aditiroy. Crm. [protected]@gmail.com saying my profile is shortlisted for software engineer job. Theyasked to send a list of documents [which is same set that they asked previously] and to pay rs 12880 for creating e-profile which again they said is refundable.

When i asked about it, they said it is acompany side requirement and e-profile is required before telephonic interview.

Then i send a mail telling about the call conversion we had in which she told about no payments have to be made further and asked to arrange me interview without paying any amount. Since then no contact was made from them as of now.

Kindly let me atleast get my refundable amount back please
