Hello,
I am a working professional with 16 years of experience in IT. Recently when I started searching for new jobs, Naukri team had approached me stating that if I opt for the Naukri's paid service, they can improvise my resume and can send my profile to the HR's on priority thru their Priority Services. They have charged me INR 10800 /- for these services.
The quality of resume writing was too worst and I ended up writing my own. I have opted both Textual resume and Visual. As per the commitment, they were supposed to give me the final version of the resume in 7 days, however it took more than 12 working days for finalizing Textual resume and more than a month for Visual format. For both the formats, I had given the formats and I gave the write-up. Morethan 90% of the efforts in writing the resume was done by myself. I have expressed my displeasure on the quality of services and the delays several times, but till date no action has been taken by Naukri.com
After this, without my knowledge they had reset my profile to 6 years back. When i started applying for the jobs in the general Naukri.com portal, my old profile got triggered and the recruiters received my old profile and they started rejecting my candidature due to mismatch in the skill set mentioned in my old profile. This has minimised the chances of getting me the jobs in this competitive.
As part of this package they were supposed to create an online account and share the details. I had received an email from Naukri team stating that the account has been created, but when I try logging in to this accounts, I got a message that the account does not exist. I have complained Naukri team several times, but no action has been taken.
Overall, it was the worst ever service and unprofessional behaviour from Naukri team. I had complained several times to their customer care and had sent several emails. However their response was so arrogant and improper.
I am done with my follow-up's with that team and I am extremely disappointed with their services. I would like to complain this incident with proofs to the consumer forum and request them to take proper action against them so that no one else would suffer by them.
May I kindly request the readers to let me know the procedure to take this forward against the Naukri team and take the action against them so that they should not dare to cheat any one else in this way.
