I took a Naukri paid service on Feb 21 2023. [Customer Code: 220825CS6173605] The Naukri support person mentioned 100% surety for Job openings ( not for getting job, as it depend on interview performance) and if they fail to provide job openings they will give refund.
I paid 7300 in total for 4-5 mentioned service like:
Resume Display for 6 months for Job Search Value pack
Jobs on SMS - Job Search Value pack
Jobs on Mail - Job Search Value pack
RecruiterConnection 20 credits - 6 months - Job Search Value pack
I was not getting any of these services, no sms, emails, no job recommendations, so I connected with customer care and after couple of discussions they also agreed no job openings for the criteria so they are willing to refund, if I want to. I again waited till March 10th to see if anything comes up but no openings came. So I raised a refund request. They initiated refund for 1169. When I checked for rest of the amount they are saying it is not refundable. Their customer care persons itself told on refund but when it came to reality, they are washing hands of. There are job openings in market but through Naukri it is not coming, they are keeping money for no-service from there end. Any help on this will be much appreciated! Was this information helpful? |
