Naukri.com — not responding to the calls and no proper communication

Hi,
I have received an offer from naukri stating placed in ibm and the name of the hr contacted me is anup gupta with no.[protected]. He haven't explained the end to end process of the recruitment. Started sending mails and asked to pay the required amount within no time. Somehow i managed to pay which he mentioned refundable. I haven, t attended any interview based on this call. First interview has scheduled on 4th nov 2019 and for reasons rescheduled on 11th nov 2019 and when i reached the office with the letter no one allowed me into the office and i was calling mr. Anup gupta continuously no response received from hi resulting me to stand outside the office whole day. I fed up with offer and wanted to get back my money i have paid nearly 82k with gst. Anup gupta is still asking the amount to refund the amount which i have paid for. Hoping that end to end process will be explained to other candidates who reach you are you people reaches them. Not expecting this from a reputed recruitment company like naukri treating the candidates in such a ridiculous manner. Kindly do the needful
I have taken this step because of your associate is not responding to the candidates in a normal manner. If there is no proper response even now i would rather prefer to file a case on this particular issue.

On basis of past complaints from jobseekers, we encourage you to be wary of emails that

• Ask your personal, non-work related information such as Credit Card numbers or Bank information over phone or email
• Do not provide a call back phone number or provide contact information that is outside the country
• Ask for monetary transactions, money-transfers, or payment for Job Applications, conducting interviews, or any other such employment/recruitment related purpose
• Promise a guaranteed job
• Promise emigration and ask for money to process visa, etc.
