Hi Team,
we have purchased naukri logins and it is getting over next month, naukri people stating that we have sell naukri in the market, why we do so.
we have not used our allotted date only, they have allotted 25000 cv access a year still not consumed too, approx. we used 17000 access and they have suspended our account.
Since 3 days fighting for the same to get activate.
Also, Mr. Rakesh & Roney from Naukri Team Account managers, not able to solve this as they also known we have not consumed only..
Our work is suffering a lot since few days, [protected]@naukri.com & [protected]@naukri.com not replying on our mails.
we have pay them more that 1 Lac for year subscription and hence this is actually not acceptable.
we want our account activate max by tomorrow. ( there is 4 logins and all got suspended)

As you are aware, usage of the Naukri.com portal is regulated by the Terms and Conditions available on the site https://www.naukri.com/termsconditions . These were intimated to you at the time of activation of your account along with the invoice.
With regards to the account (Company Name: MY PATH CONSULTANTS : [protected]@gmail.com ) that is being used by your organization, it was again observed that you are using this account for selling Naukri.com logins/CV access which is again in violation of Terms and Conditions of Naukri.com. As such we are no longer in a position to continue providing services; accordingly, services in the account will remain suspended. This decision has been made after careful consideration and review of the violation in question.
