Naukri.com — Recruiter Login suspended

Hello, I created an account on naukri.com to avail its's 3 day recuriter plan for resdex. I got an email on the second day saying there was a security issue and I needed to change my password. I created new password but when I tried to login, I got a message saying the account has been suspended.Earlier also another account got suspended and despite repeated calls and mails, no action was taken. Only the buck is being passed from here and there. The ticket is raised by compliance team but no action is taken. Also there is no way to reach them and the customer care only keeps passing the buck to compliance team. I have lost one full day of package. Who will pay for it ? The naukri customer care doesnt seem to care. Why is no call made even after 48 hours unlike promised ? Very unprofessional way of dealing with the issue. If someone at naukri is listening, please look into this issue.
