Naukri.com — Refund for subscription

We purchased a subscription from Naukri.com on the 04/20/22 (Invoice number NK09I2223/010509) for amount 1, 947.00 in INR. This subscription was for the purpose of being able to post a job and find candidates.

They cancelled our subscription due to lack of documents. We were given very little notice to provide this documentation ( email received from you on 21'st April 2022 and subscription cancelled on 22'nd April 2022.)

As they cancelled our subscription without providing us with any service I have emailed Naukri.com (including [protected]@naukri.com and various employees of their legal team) requesting a refund.

I have emailed various times and am getting no response.
I am requesting this refund as they provided us with no service (we never got to post any job in Naukri.com).

I have not yet received any response to my email. It's been a long time since I first got in touch with Naukri.com with regard to the refund.

Your teams both compliance and legal were in cc on my emails and I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved.

You have both my email and phone number so I don't understand what is taking so long for you to resolve this. In addition, i believe my request is simple, I am requesting a refund for a service you did not provide.

I'd appreciate a response from you to my last email.
