Date of the incident :[protected] client number : [protected] incident: I'm sindhu from hyderabad. I got a phone call from naukri.com saying that your ressume is shortlisted by kotak mahindra bank, you will be undergoing a telephonic interview and having a face to face HR round. You need to update your details. They took all my details like my educational qualifications, mail id contact no. etc. I was asked to pay an amount of Rs.1900/- initially for security deposit and the invoice will be sent to you within few minutes .At first when I tried to pay it showed error. But for the second time the payment was successful. After payment and everything is done the operator said the amount will be refunded back to you by kotak mahindra bank itself. Later I was asked to pay Rs.1500/- for security purpose again and the amount will be transferred to you immediately. within 2 minutes. But when I tried to transfer the money I had low balance in my bank account and when checked Rs.1900/- were transferred twice . When I asked about the issue he said I will refund you in an hour but I didn't get any refund or invoice regarding the Rs.1900/- or anything . I fixed the telephonic interview time for 3:00 pm but I didn't get any call till now. This was the whole incident happened today from 1:00 pm and I didn't get any invoice or refund regarding the payment. Please try and help me as I have transferred the amount.
